The Washington Redskins are seeking highly motivated, energetic professionals as an Account Representative.

 Principal Job Functions:

 To provide assistance in all aspects of ticket sales.

 Job Responsibilities include:

 -- Making calls to customers and prospects relating to various marketing initiatives

-- Updating customer information in database system

-- Assisting in the collection process

-- Providing superior customer service

-- Representing the organization in an exemplary manner

-- Proactively creating opportunities for new business with existing customers

-- Exceeding monthly and long term sales goals

-- Answering customer questions in a positive and professional manner

-- Participating in Game Day and Special Event responsibilities

 Job Requirements:

 -- Bachelor’s degree preferred

-- Minimum of one (1) year of customer sales experience

-- Above average telephone and communication skills required

-- Excellent time management and organizational skills required

-- Experience with pro sports ticket selling a plus

-- Basic computer skills required
