Human Resources Intern (Spring 2010) - Carolina Panthers (Charlotte, NC)

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Some evenings and weekends.
Hours per week: 40-50

Type of internship: Unpaid – Must receive graduate or undergraduate college course credit.

Internship Start Date: Flexible
Internship End Date: Flexible

Responsibilities would include:
• Assist with the processing of all game day, intern and training camp employees
- criminal background checks
- social security verification
- tracking new hire process
- keep inventory of applications and forms on hand
- mailing adverse action letters/notice of rights for those who are rejected
• Maintain the organization of the Human Resources filing system.
• Event Planning- Monthly workshops for employees
• Respond to employment inquiries.
• Training & Development Projects
• Administrative duties as defined by Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Assistant such as but not limited to filing, faxing and copying.
• Other projects as assigned.
