The task force member will have the opportunity to learn about the responsibilities of a National Football League Operations Department by working as a member of the department and assisting in game day functions.
This is a game day position that will report to Samantha Johnson, the stadium&amp;rsquo;s Manager of Guest Services and the Operations department.
Responsibilities: 
FedExField&amp;rsquo;s task force will serve as &amp;ldquo;the eyes and ears&amp;rdquo; for the operations department in all quadrants of the venue. In order to establish and maintain operational consistency, task force members must commit to working all Redskins home games, including pre-season and any playoff games, as well as special events during the season and must attend a staff meeting during the weeks prior to a home game (on an evening to be determined, likely a Thursday).
Before these meetings task force members will sit down with a Redskins executive and learn exactly what it is they do within the organization and how they got to that position. A &amp;ldquo;class&amp;rdquo; will be taught during that time about stadium operations and facilities and working in sports.

    Experience with Archtics Ticketing System a plus
    Prior ticket sales experience with a pro-sports organizations/teams a plus
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

    Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in sales
    Possess a friendly, professional and confident demeanor
    Basic computer skills required
    Excellent time management and organizational skills required
