ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter accounts payable vouchers in regards to check distribution for Titans and related entities

  • Prepare deposits, including sponsorships, club events, mascot and cheerleader appearances and other miscellaneous receipts for Titans and related entities

  • File all accounts receivable vouchers, cash management vouchers, payables vouchers and journal vouchers for Titans and related entities

  • Invoice miscellaneous receivables

  • Scan and file monthly bank reconciliations

  • Help maintain tax files for all state tax jurisdictions

  • Reconcile all Federal Express invoices

  • Send response letters to all unsolicited job inquiries

  • General office duties to include filing, answering inquiries, etc.

  • Answer main phone line and show excellent customer service while speaking with the general public

  • Distribute mail at Saint Thomas Sports Park on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree or accounting experience required
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Dynamics or other accounting software experience preferred

Facility Operations/Security: Grounds Crew/Turf Management
Groundskeeper - Tennessee Titans (Nashville, TN)

Responsibilities:

  • Mowing, aerating, irrigating and application of sod, seed, fertilizers, minerals, chemicals, insecticides, paints, pigments and all other similar materials as directed at either Nissan Stadium or Saint Thomas Sports Park

  • Applying and removing field tarps as directed

  • Painting and marking of all fields as directed and in accordance with NFL Rules

  • Removal and replacement of turf and sod on all fields

  • Safe operation and maintenance of equipment and machinery used in turf management

  • Other duties as assigned by Titans’ Sports Turf Manager or Sports Turf Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Degree in turf management or related field preferred, or two years experience in athletic field maintenance

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Working knowledge of irrigation systems and procedures

  • Working knowledge of mowing equipment, including repair and maintenance

  • Basic knowledge of IPM practices

  • Willingness and ability to work weekends and overtime

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Ability to work outside for the majority of time while on the job

  • Willingness and ability to work follow specific directions and work independently or within a group, depending on the task

Responsibilities:

  • Assist all customers visiting the Nissan Stadium main box office window

  • Sell and process ticket orders via the box office window

  • Balance cash drawer daily

  • Distribute ticket will call orders

  • Answer general box office phone line as needed

  • Disseminate inquiries and issues to necessary parties

  • Effectively diffuse difficult customer situations

  • Document Titans Season Ticket Member communication in ticketing database

  • Help coordinate all aspects of team road trips

  • Help manage all team needs including meals, rooms, security, meeting spaces, and parking at team hotel for home games

Stadium Event Sales Coordinator - Tennessee Titans (Nashville, TN)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue through selling non-concert and non-sporting events at Nissan Stadium, to include Club level events, parking lot events, concourse events, etc.

  • Generate sales leads through identifying, prospecting and contacting potential clients for non-concert and non-sporting events at Nissan Stadium

  • Create, maintain and update collateral to be used in promoting event spaces within the stadium

  • Develop and manage annual marketing plan for selling event spaces at Nissan Stadium, to include event pricing, sales goals, etc.

  • Develop sales proposals to present to potential clients

  • Negotiate terms and execute agreements with clients

  • Provide facility tours to potential clients to assist in closing sales

  • Communicate with Stadium Events Coordinator, legal department and accounting department on all terms of event space agreements

  • Other duties as assigned by Vice President of Facilities & Game Day Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • At least 3 years of venue, hotel or convention sales experience required

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proven experience in developing and reaching sales goals

  • Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail required

  • Experience creating sales proposals required

  • Familiarity with Nashville and middle Tennessee event space market preferred

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, including all Titans home games
