Sales & Marketing: Ticket Operations
Account Executive - Season Ticket Services - Tennessee Titans (Nashville, TN)

Responsibilities:

  • Personally manages and maintains an assigned account base

  • Answers questions and addresses issues from season ticket members, either through phone calls or online chat service, and disseminates inquiries and issues as needed, while being able to handle difficult customer situations effectively

  • Provides customer service by engaging season ticket members in service plans, relocation/upgrade campaigns and revenue generating initiatives

  • Responds to all inquiries and concerns from customers in a timely manner

  • Organizes and executes special events that create added value for season ticket members

  • Attends all training sessions and participates in regular team meetings

  • Documents all customer communication in Archtics software system

  • Works game days and services customer needs, makes in-seat visits, answers phones, assists fans and interacts with season ticket members during special game day experiences

  • Assists with other stadium events, as assigned, in a service and/or promotional function

  • Other duties as assigned by Manager of Ticket Operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Two to three years of service experience in a sports or hospitality industry preferred

  • Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to balance internal priorities with customer expectations

  • Ability to work well with others and operate in a team-first environment

  • Must have proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems, such as Archtics

  • Must be able to move about the stadium and other event venues for the entire duration of an event (up to five hours)

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary

Football Operations: Player Personnel/Scout
Seasonal Scouting Assistant - Fall - Tennessee Titans (Nashville, TN)

Responsibilities:

  • Creates video cut-ups of current NFL players, as directed by Titans player personnel staff

  • Provides various analytical and statistical projects regarding current NFL players, as directed by Titans player personnel staff

  • Assists pro scouting staff with player workouts throughout the season

  • Assists pro scouting staff with compiling and distributing advance scouting materials

  • Updates NFL team depth charts by monitoring the NFL waiver wire

  • Assists Titans players personnel staff with various NFL team analysis projects

  • Inputs reports into scouting systems (data entry)

  • Evaluates and writes reports on current NFL players and teams, as directed by Titans player personnel staff

  • Picks up and drops off players and staff as needed

  • Other duties as assigned by Titans player personnel staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience working in either a collegiate football office or working for a professional football team in football operations and/or player personnel

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends

  • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

  • Familiarity with video programs including XOS, DV Sport and/or Hudl

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job

  • Working knowledge of football concepts and player evaluation process

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and physically assist with on-field workouts
