Finance: Financial/Data Analyst
Business Intelligence Analyst - Seattle Seahawks (Renton, WA)


The Business Intelligence Analyst will work cross functionally with each Seahawks business operations department (Ticketing, Suites, Sponsorships, Community Relations, Concessions, Retail, etc.) to encourage a culture of data-based decision-making. This role will be the internal advocate of CRM and data visualization tools. The Business Intelligence Analyst will also work with internal departments, IT resources and third party vendors to optimize the CRM platform and data warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create dynamic and on-demand business intelligence visualizations and reports for internal data sharing and analysis

  • Optimize organizational usage of CRM via optimization of CRM processes, CRM entities, and customization of CRM forms

  • Monitor, assess and maintain data quality within CRM and data warehouse

  • Manage relationship with third party vendors providing CRM development and data warehouse integrations

  • Identify, integrate and analyze datasets to enhance revenues and profitability

  • Lead the expanded collection and leveraging of additional fan data through a variety of input sources, including Retail, Concessions and Digital Media

  • Design processes to automate business tasks and improve organizational efficiency

  • Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement

  • Build and contribute understanding of current software and product landscape in order to help foster innovation


Description of Qualities and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field is preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server

  • 2+ years of CRM experience with Dynamics preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Strong business acumen and analytical abilities

  • Experience with Tableau, Domo, or other BI tools

Description of Necessary Skills/ Abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail required

  • Ability to work in teams and build consensus across multiple departments

  • Ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 or later
