Graphics Design Intern - Washington Redskins (Ashburn, VA)

The Washington Redskins are seeking a qualified individual to join the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation and Community Relations Department as an Intern. The right individual will be able to work as part of a team or individually.

Internship Functions:
To assist with the graphic creation of both print and online material for Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation and Community Relations initiatives.

Internship Description:

  • Responsible for designing and producing art and copy layouts for the Redskins Read Activity Book, team poster, event programs and invitations, and other materials as needed
  • Creation of promotional campaigns and logos
  • Assists with publication projects to include print and online advertising in gameday programs and Redskins.com
  • Assists with the image production and optimization of photos to be used in program and event materials
  • Assist with other graphical design requests, sponsorship presentations, and PowerPoint templates as needed

Qualifications:

  • - Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
  • - Must be PC or Mac literate in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • - Experience creating design materials for a variety of audiences including children and adults
  • - Strong conceptual skills and cutting edge design skills are necessary
  • - Ability to multi-task and work in a face paced environment
  • - Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information is necessary.
  • - Willingness to work both individually and in a team environment and ability to take direction is a must

The Washington Redskins are seeking an experienced professional and a conscientious individual to join the Executive Staff as a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant. The right individual will be able to work as part of a team or individually, providing administrative support to the Lead Executive Assistant. The Washington Redskins Official Stores are seeking to employ sales associates at our Hall of Fame stores and mall store locations throughout the area.

Duties and responsibilities include:
