 Principal Job Functions:

To manage, prepare and process various finance and accounting functions within the Ticket Office.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and/or review of financial and accounting schedules including revenue and regulatory reports
• Review and report on the ticket office department financial statements
• Report and prepare reports on a daily, monthly and game-day basis
• Process and document various activity with cash transactions within the sub-ledger accounting system
• Ongoing coordination and communication with the Assistant Controller of the Ticket Office

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university/college
•  Excellent time management and organizational skills required
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel and Word), and has experience within General Ledger and  Subsystems - 3+ years of industry experience
•  Experience with Archtics ticketing system and/or pro sports ticket accounting a plus

INTERN DESCRIPTION:
