JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for developing, managing & executing strategies for the Packers Pro Shop ecommerce sales channel. This includes analytics, marketing campaigns, initiatives and programs to drive on-line sales growth. This person manages the retail website and ensures site development projects proceed and launch on schedule, as well as addressing and resolving issues in regards to the administrative interactions with the website. 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Create and identify strategies for long and short term ecommerce growth opportunities. Assist with online sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and promotion programs.

  2. Gain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, consumer purchase habits and behaviors that will help drive the business.

  3. Develop promotional calendars to support product introductions and seasonal/holiday sales.

  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, re-engagement and lifetime value.

  5. Road-map and manage all site improvements, fixes and upgrades.

  6. Negotiate third-party/agency relationships.

  7. Managing collaboration between IT Resources both internal and external, to identify and execute the strategic vision across ecommerce platform.

  8. Craft and develop the ecommerce site strategy to hit the yearly corporate sales objectives.

  9. Work to analyze and improve the purchase journey, customer retention and acquisition.

  10. Work with customer service and warehouse to ensure a good customer experience.

  11. Work closely with buying team to develop product brand content for website.

  12. Manage the product merchandising strategy on the site to maximize product   performance, personalization, site conversion and profitability.

  13. Manage website content for various device types including management and merchandising of the in-suite delivery version of the site for game day. 

  14. Manage and provide reporting for key performance indicators. Offer key insights for site merchandising strategies that support inventory planning and strategy.

  15. Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them.

  16. Supports in the management of the ecommerce annual roadmap and manages the ecommerce team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or related field required. 

  2. 7+ years’ experience in ecommerce business operations with a minimum of at least 3 years in a management role with sales and budget responsibilities.

  3. Strong knowledge of ecommerce related business processes both front and back end.

  4. Technical knowledge of web technologies, order processing systems, other software functions related to ecommerce.

  5. Experience with project management related to IT systems.

  6. Knowledge of using analytics platforms, analyzing and measurement of campaign results.

  7. Budget-management skills and proficiency.

  8. Thorough understanding of the technology landscape as it relates to ecommerce.

  9. Background must include strong quantitative and analytical skills along with a strong understanding of A/B or multi-variant testing.

  10. Background must include a detailed understanding of e-mail marketing operations, platforms, technology, campaign performance metrics and deliverability issues.

  11. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with outstanding project and vendor management skills. Strong editing, proof reading, organizational, interpersonal skills required. Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality.

  12. Ability to interact and work effectively across functional groups, collaborating with team members is essential, as is the ability to navigate internal resources to generate results.

  13. Must be an independent self-starter with a sense of urgency, proven results orientated, initiative and an affinity for producing consistently high-quality work and yield in a manner that exceeds expectations. The capacity to juggle multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment is critical. The successful candidate is a creative thinker with critical analysis and problem-solving skills, along with flexibility/adaptability and the ability to think on your feet.

  14. Experience working with Microsoft Office, Magento, Google Analytics, Google Adwords (and various paid search platforms), Hawk Search, i-Parcel, Counterpoint and Adobe Photoshop a plus.

  15. Experience with HTML.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

The Green Bay Packers Pro Shop has an immediate opening for a part-time web and graphic designer, 20-29 hours per week. The web and graphic designer works with the Ecommerce team to create display ads, various website graphics, and emails. The designer will have an understanding of optimizing graphics for conversion events. 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design creative assets for online initiatives and campaigns including weekly emails, homepages, landing pages and display advertising.

  2. Maintain Packers Pro shop website style guidelines. Update as needed.

  3. Ensure the Packers Pro Shop brand is always portrayed in a proper manner.

  4. Collaborate with Ecommerce team members on creative projects.

  5. Work collaboratively with the Brand & Marketing Department.

  6. Stay current on design trends. Always pushing the creative envelope, yet staying on brand.

  7. Provide direction to freelance designers.

  8. Assist with other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field.

  2. At least three to five years of experience in web and graphic design in a corporate or advertising agency setting.

  3. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.

  4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with Dreamweaver and Flash for web applications a plus. Must also be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).

  5. Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time with tight deadlines in a

    fast-paced environment.

  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers.

  7. Thorough understanding of best practices for designing for the web.

  8. Website content management experience and HTML a plus.

  9. Must be a team player, willing to take creative direction.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective:

This position is responsible for the management of the outbound sales effort for selling Lambeau Field event spaces.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Executes sales functions to secure event bookings, document initial details for all market segments including corporate, social, non-profit, and association markets.

  2. Oversees outbound sales team to create overall sales plan in addition to individual sales goals.

  3. Coordinates the sales plan through prospecting and travel schedules for cold call visits to meet outlined goals.

  4. Assists with the development, implementation and administration of sales and marketing plans and collateral for event sales department.  

  5. Serve as client’s contact and primary touch point prior to event coordinator involvement.

  6. Continuously works on the development and implementation of customer service initiatives in order to enhance the total guest experience.

  7. Prepares cost estimates and proposals and negotiate rental agreements in order to ensure overall client satisfaction.

  8. In coordination with the Lambeau Field Events Manager, helps in the management of expenses to hit profit margin goals.

  9. Assists in the hiring, coaching and mentoring of events sales staff.

  10. Works cross-departmentally to develop new, sellable inventory.

  11. Actively participates in professional organizations and tradeshows in order to develop relationships and drive bookings.

  12. Assists in cooperative sales campaigns in association with community partners to enhance usage of Lambeau Field – Greater Green Bay Convention and Visitors Bureau, Green Bay Lodging Association.  

  13. Works closely with Lambeau Field’s catering partner on positive communication interdepartmentally and collaborative sales campaigns.

  14. Energetically contributes ideas to promote event business to Lambeau Field.

  15. Displays natural ability to develop and maintain a network of client contacts along with area business contacts in order to create new and secure repeat business.

  16. Prepares metrics to evaluate the achievement of marketing and facility usage goals.

  17. Works jointly with Titletown partners to promote a team-based, cohesive strategy to secure new business and maintain repeat clientele.    

  18. Begins the Packers excellent customer service and legendary guest experience best practices with the first client touch point.

  19. Assists with inbound business needs as necessary.

  20. Travel required. 

  21. Perform related work as assigned. 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  2. Five years of responsible, progressive and professional experience in outbound sales and marketing programs in the hospitality industry with catering and special events as a plus

  3. Experience managing successful sales teams.

  4. Knowledge of event logistics and food and beverage operations.

  5. Skilled at preparing consistent and concise sales reports.

  6. Strong networker with a passion for prospecting new business.

  7. Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and orally.

  8. Capacity to develop and present convincing and persuasive sales presentations and close sales.

  9. Demonstrates the skill set to work independently and to be self-motivated.

  10. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with internal departments and with current and potential clients.

  11. Willingness to work non-traditional hours as needed.
