Digital Engagement Manager - Denver Broncos Football Club (Englewood, CO)

The Denver Broncos Football Club currently has an immediate opening for a Digital Engagement Manager. This position will be responsible for execution of content and engagement strategies across Broncos content channels, including Broncos third party channels as well as testing and evaluating new and emerging content platform and technologies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluating emerging content channels and technologies, scheduling and promotion of content across channels:?

  • Evaluating and searching for new content channels and where they fit in the Broncos digital strategy.
  • Assist in the development of strategy for Broncos content and which applicable channels content should be published to.
  • Develop and execute promotional plans for content - including but not limited to: streaming of live shows, new digital/social promotions, social networks, site content.
  • Working with Digital Director and sales team on applicable content and channels to monetize.

Creation of content to increase engagement across Broncos existing channels (DenverBroncos.com, Orange Herd, Indi.com, Broncos Message Boards, etc.) and third party content channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.):

  • Creating content, written, video, audio, VR and 360
  • Monitoring and engaging with community content and seeking out user generated content.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
  • Graphic design skills required
  • Proficient in HTML, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Experience using various content management systems
  • Professional level expertise with editing software, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut
  • Excellent video editing
  • Adaptability to environment involving several simultaneous projects – multitasking
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Actively follow new technology trends and apply to Broncos’ digital strategy where appropriate
  • Advanced familiarity with video file formats, including 360 and VR
  • 5+ years experience in the sports, digital or social media industries, or relevant agency experience, and management experience preferred.
  • Must be team-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude

Graphic Design Intern - Denver Broncos (Denver, CO)

Job Title: Graphic Design Intern; Denver Broncos

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Design Director

Timeline: June 6, 2017 – February 2, 2018

Normal work hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. However, this position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to potentially work evenings and weekends.

SUMMARY: This post-graduate internship will provide the opportunity to work alongside the team’s Graphic Designers and Production Manager to develop agency-quality design and provide production support for the Denver Broncos, Stadium Management Company and Denver Outlaws.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

Include, but are not limited to:

Ability to think conceptually and help generate big ideas

Ability to take direction, understand and turn around changes quickly

Assist in the creation, design and production of:

  • Promotional materials (Posters, flyers, pocket schedules, postcards, photo cards)
  • Team Publications (Magazines, Guides, Corporate Partner Reviews)
  • Event Support (Invitations, signage, programs, credentials)
  • Scoreboard and web graphics
  • Photography Coordination (Editing/manipulation, digital archive, requests, prints, photoshoots)
  • Miscellaneous projects

Assist with new revenue-generating opportunities:

  • Produce invitations, signage and promotional collateral for suite holders, corporate partners, companies booking private events and the team store(s)

Provide input on and assist in coordinating design projects, including but not limited to:

  • Secondary/new asset logos
  • Sales collateral
  • Online programming

Project Coordination, including but not limited to:

  • Work directly with Production Manager to ensure best/most efficient timeline for projects

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. VERY comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment. Experience in an agency, the sports industry and/or logo design is a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Problem solving skills are a must.

Guest Relations Team Member (Part-Time) Summer / Fall 2017 - Denver Broncos/Stadium Management Company (Denver, CO)

The Guest Relations Department of Sports Authority Field at Mile High is hiring for the following part-time/seasonal position for the 2017 Denver Broncos Season. Each position is vital to our operation and we are looking for qualified, customer-service oriented candidates to fill positions. All of these positions require a willingness to assist and approach guests with a friendly sense of service, making our Guest Relations team "A MILE ABOVE THE REST" and the best facility to visit in the National Football League!

 

Guest Relations Team Member:  The Denver Broncos and Stadium Management Company are looking for personable, attentive individuals looking for a part-time, seasonal job full of excitement and fan interaction!These positions could include Usher, Ticket Taker, Club Level, or Suite Level.  Staff Members are expected to interact with guests, get to know the season ticket holders, be able to provide assistance to all fans. These situations may include scanning tickets upon entry, helping a guest find their seat location, conflict resolution or problem solving between fans, and directions to various locations in the Stadium.  Starting pay for all of these positions is $11.00 per hour.

Requirements:

·         Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

·         Availability to work ALL Denver Broncos home games and all other events deemed mandatory by Stadium Management Company

·         Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walking (including stairs) and working outside in various weather conditions

·         Positive, team-oriented attitude

Additionally, all applicants regardless of position must be 18 years of age or older and successfully pass a criminal background check.

What to expect:

  • Use a palm pilot device to scan all tickets as they enter the building. 
  • Greet guests and guide them to their seats
  • Be stationed in one place for a period of time.
  • Be outside in all different types of elements.
  • Resolve fan issues as they arise.
  • Be able to work a shift that will range between 8-9 hours.

Sports Authority Field at Mile High is hiring part-time security officers responsible for ensuring safety and security during day to day operations, Denver Broncos home games, and all other public and private events held at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Follow all policies and procedures as specified in the Security Policy and Procedure Manual.
  • Operating command center, inside and outside roving patrols, access control, and other posts as assigned.
  • Log and report all activities performed during shift.
  • Investigate and complete incident reports of all unusual incidents occurring while on duty.
  • Understanding and use of security radio system.
  • Understanding and use of surveillance camera system.
  • Understanding and use of alarm system.
  • Challenge and identify all suspicious people found on property.
  • Provide security and access control for all stadium events.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age at the date of hire.
  • Prior security experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work all Denver Broncos home games, Rocky Mountain Showdown, and other major public events as assigned.

  • Valid Colorado driver license.
