Finance: Financial/Data Analyst
Financial Analyst - Denver Broncos Football Club (Englewood, CO)

The Denver Broncos Football Club currently has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst. This position is primarily responsible for the financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis for PDB Sports, Stadium Management Company and other related entities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

% of Time - Responsibility

40% - Manages financial reporting responsibilities by:

  • Performing detailed review of monthly actuals against budget
  • Documenting and explaining significant variances in financial statement accounts, utilizing input from the respective department heads
  • Preparing financial statements and related schedules for the monthly financial package
  • Completing regular lender reporting, which includes annual projections and regular reports such as cash flows, balance sheets and statements of operations
  • Designing and delivering regular or ad-hoc financial reporting based on business and management requirements

40% - Completes budgeting and financial analysis by:

  • Preparing semiannual budget, including critical reviews of cost centers and revenue generating activities
  • Reviewing budget submissions and collaborating with department heads
  • Providing financial and business analyses to provide vital business insights to key stakeholders
  • Recommending improvements to achieve and deliver enhanced results
  • Collaborating with business intelligence group to analyze revenue generating components of the business to drive results

20% - Completes other projects as assigned by:

  • Participating in annual audit processes and providing information to tax professionals
  • Completing regular required governmental filings

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field plus 3 years’ experience in audit, financial reporting or business analysis or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • CPA preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Database, data gathering and data analytics skills preferred
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Great Plains desirable, including project and/or analytical accounting modules
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to competently write and communicate in a professional business tone
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, including senior management
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize varying responsibilities and deadlines
  • Must function both independently and collaboratively in a team environment and maintain constructive relationships with internal customers
  • Keeps the needs of external and internal customers as a priority when making decisions and taking action

Facility Operations/Security: Security
Full-Time Security Officer - Denver Broncos (Denver, CO)

JOB SUMMARY:  The Full-Time Security Officer is responsible for the provision of all security functions for stadium and all surrounding stadium property.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

25%  Provide coverage of command center by:

  • Answering all calls to the main security line, logging officer activity, monitoring surveillance cameras, monitoring radio traffic, monitoring access control system, checking out keys, and providing direction to rovers as needs arise.

25%   Provide inside roving patrol by:

  • Securing and re-securing doors as necessary, identifying and reporting suspicious behavior, looking for and reporting any abnormalities or damage to stadium property, and completing incident reports as necessary.

25%  Provide outside roving patrol by:

  • Securing and re-securing parking lots and stadium gates as necessary, identifying and reporting suspicious behavior, looking for and reporting any abnormalities or damage to stadium property, and completing incident reports as necessary.

20%   Provide coverage for static posts by:

  • Checking in visitors at the north tunnel and gate 7.
  • Assisting with loading dock activity when the dock supervisor is not present
  • Assisting with event post coverage, and any other posts as directed by your supervisor.

5%   Contributes to department team effort by:

  • Completing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.     

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior security experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work weekends, mandatory public events, and holidays.
  • Ability to work overtime to cover mandatory event schedule.

The Guest Relations Department of Sports Authority Field at Mile High is hiring for the following part-time/seasonal position for the 2017 Denver Broncos Season. Each position is vital to our operation and we are looking for qualified, customer-service oriented candidates to fill positions. All of these positions require a willingness to assist and approach guests with a friendly sense of service, making our Guest Relations team "A MILE ABOVE THE REST" and the best facility to visit in the National Football League!

 

Guest Relations Team Member:  The Denver Broncos and Stadium Management Company are looking for personable, attentive individuals looking for a part-time, seasonal job full of excitement and fan interaction!These positions could include Usher, Ticket Taker, Club Level, or Suite Level.  Staff Members are expected to interact with guests, get to know the season ticket holders, be able to provide assistance to all fans. These situations may include scanning tickets upon entry, helping a guest find their seat location, conflict resolution or problem solving between fans, and directions to various locations in the Stadium.  Starting pay for all of these positions is $11.00 per hour.

Requirements:

·         Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

·         Availability to work ALL Denver Broncos home games and all other events deemed mandatory by Stadium Management Company

·         Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walking (including stairs) and working outside in various weather conditions

·         Positive, team-oriented attitude

Broadcast: Audio/Video Editing and Production
Motion Graphic Designer/Editor/Producer - Denver Broncos (Denver, CO)

JOB SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of the Motion Graphic Designer/Editor/Producer are to design and create still and motion graphics for ThunderVision, Broncos.com, Stadium LEDs, IPTV and other internal and external projects and initiatives for Denver Broncos Football, the Denver Outlaws and stadium special events. They will also be called upon to edit and produce video programming for the aforementioned distribution channels. This individual will work closely with game day, marketing, corporate sales and digital media staffs to provide creative direction for their clients and team initiatives.  This person will work as part of a team, when needed, on remote, ENG and studio productions.

  • Adherence and commitment to Denver Broncos branding as demonstrated by:
  • Creation of graphics and video content across all production and programming platforms;
  • Meeting with marketing, corporate sales and gameday staffs to understand production needs;
  • Brainstorming and developing new looks, designs and layouts as appropriate;
  • Reviewing of content created by others to ensure they adhere to Denver Broncos branding strategies.

20%               

  • Participation in the production process by;
  • Working as a member of the gameday staff, including directing, technical directing, or other roles as needed;
  • Loading content in the servers and creating playlists;
  • Managing the fulfillment of internal and external programming and activations;
  • Shooting and editing when necessary.

10%             

  • Remain current on the trends in motion graphic design and production art direction by:
  • Viewing content created by others outside of the organization and outside of this industry;
  • Reading graphic artist publications and visiting industry websites;
  • Meeting with equipment vendors and manufacturers to understand the latest in technological advances in computer design;
  • Attending appropriate conferences and meetings relative to graphic design production.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Media Production, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Competence with graphic software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D).
  • At least 4 years’ experience in graphic design and motion graphic production.
  • Knowledge and experience with editing software programs (Avid, Final Cut or Adobe Premiere).
  • Experience working in professional sports or national/regional sports network.
  • Creative writing skills and ability to plan and organize are essential.
  • Strong communication, business, problem solving and customer-service oriented skills.
  • Experience in Live Television production as a director, technical director (preferred) or as other crew member.
  • At least 4 years experience with broadcast graphics technology platforms (Ross Xpression, Chyron or VizRT).
  • Experience with scoreboard and LED control systems (Daktronics preferred).
  • Candidate must be energetic, self-motivated, responsible, detail oriented and able to operate calmly under extreme pressure.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Candidate must work well in a collaborative environment and work as part of a team.

The Parking Department of Sports Authority Field at Mile High is hiring for the following part-time/seasonal positions for the 2017 Public Stadium Events. Events include the Metallica, Guns N Roses and Justin Bieber concerts, the Gold Cup Soccer Doubleheader and ALL 2017 Denver Broncos Home Games. Each position is vital to our operation and we are looking for qualified customer-service oriented candidates to fill positions. All of these positions require a willingness to assist and approach guests and a friendly sense of service, making our Parking team “A MILE ABOVE THE REST”. If you are looking to be a part of the best facility to visit in the National Football league and home to the World Champion Denver Broncos, look no further!

Specific positions and responsibilities include:

Parking Attendants / Cashiers: These positions are the first team members to greet the guest upon arrival and are critical to the fan experience. This position is also the first point of sale for all cash parking in the stadium parking lots as well as scanning in pre-purchased parking permits with handheld devices. You will be selling parking spaces to vehicles as they enter the lots, providing a receipt for each transaction, and being accountable for all revenues collected. You should be able to provide guests with accurate stadium information and directions. Excellent customer service skills are required. Additional responsibilities include directing traffic and vehicles to available parking spaces, directing pedestrian flow, auditing parking lots and driving a golf cart. Starting pay for this position is $12.00 / hour.
