Customer Service Representative-Retail - Dallas Cowboys-Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Customer Service Representative - Retail is responsible for providing superior customer service in our fast-paced, call center environment with the ability to keep information and tasks organized while multi-tasking. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented team player with a positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude. The Customer Service Representative - Retail reports to the Retail Customer Service Manager and will be part of an overall Call Center team.
 
Job Duties:

- Assist internet/catalog customers with questions via e-mail, telephone, system “Live Chat” and mail
- Provide sales support through cross-selling and up-selling products
- Follow-through with customer inquiries and requests/ document and record efforts in the process
- Ensure that our customer receives superior service
- Provide resolution to customers through communication and problem-solving skills
- Work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Answering phones, functioning on the computer and providing customer assistance
- Order processing, issue resolution, selling ability, return processing
- Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Retail Customer Service Manager

Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years customer service experience required, preferably in a high-volume call center
- Foreign language skills are a plus (Spanish preferred)
- Excellent computer skills and typing abilities with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience with internet research
- Independent and driven to create “Wins” from difficult and challenging situations
- Communication skills via phone, follow-up/documentation, conflict resolution and interpersonal
- Able to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (to include days, evenings and weekends)


Pay rate minimum of $10/hr. Up to 20 positions available.

Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops Store Manager-DFW Area - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (DFW Metroplex, TX)

The Pro Shop Manager is responsible for the overall success of their assigned Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop and provides direction and supervision for all activities within their assigned store.  The Pro Shop Manager reports to the District Manager.

Job Duties:

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts and/or performing services for customers
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees, promoting or terminating when appropriate
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customer receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed; train employees on pricing and merchandising
• Monitor inventory, stocking and reordering when necessary
• Budget payroll hours and inventory levels
• Perform all duties of the Retail Sales Associate

Information Systems/Technical: IT Database Management/Services
Database Administrator - Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. (Irving, TX)

The Dallas Cowboys Football Club is seeking a candidate with mid-to-high level Microsoft SQL database administration skills to perform database creation and configuration, performance tuning, set access and security levels, writing queries, routine data maintenance, and integrity checking. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES

  • Set up and install databases, including test, development, and production environments.
  • Evaluate and install service packs.
  • Monitor database “health:” availability, reliability, performance, capacity planning, clustering/failover testing.
  • Provide performance tuning:  indexing, compression, drive distribution, load balancing, replication.
  • Monitor and remediate disk space usage.
  • Setup and maintain accounts, access levels, and security.
  • Perform routine data maintenance:  re-indexing, integrity checking, database shrinking, log file monitoring.
  • Develop, document and implement standard procedures for all DBA tasks:  Perform disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Support Data Transformation Services / trouble shooting.
  • Support SQL Scheduler:  job setup, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with application support and network administrators on hardware/infrastructure requirements for databases, business application software systems, SAN, and on backup and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain SQL software versions at supportable release levels.  Coordinate upgrade and service pack installation schedules.
  • Provide data model, view and table descriptive information to end users and technical analysis upon request.
  • Collaborate with Internet/Intranet teams on database and application interface/integration issues.
  • Perform after hours and weekend on-call support, as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Must meet the following minimum requirements):

  • Preferred Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).
  • Strong SQL Query and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) skills.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL database administration in a production environment.
  • Ability to translate technical issues, requirements, limitations and parameters for management and staff and to understand business work processes and business impact.
  • Skilled in analysis, observation and interpretation of technical information.
  • Knowledge of other relational databases, data modeling, client-server, networked environments, SAN, Windows, Windows 2000+ administration, MS Office, .NET programming, report generator tools, and web technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication (written, oral, and interpersonal) skills.
  • Experience with the following Microsoft technologies a plus:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES:

The Dallas Cowboys Football Club is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a focus on security compliance. Qualified candidates will have strong knowledge in privacy and security best practices, PCI DSS 3.0, COPPA and HIPAA.  Candidates also need experience in assisting with internal and external audits.  Candidates must have proficient knowledge related to Microsoft and Cisco technologies—including Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory, routers, firewalls, etc.

  • Plan, implement, monitor and optimize the Information Security Processes

  • Perform routine vulnerability scans and remediate findings

  • Define IT security requirements for the IT and business community

  • Manage IT Security Incidents process; ensure proper escalation and communication

The Part Time Seasonal Fork Lift Operator is responsible for operating the warehouse forklift and performing various material handling duties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Move controls, levers, and devises to drive industrial forklifts to transport materials between loading, unloading, processing and storage areas
