Graphic Designer - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

Graphic Designer


A Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs that are market right, meet customer demands, and maintain the integrity of the brand.  Along with the Creative Manager, responsibilities include setting the look and direction of multiple seasonal lines for all channels of distribution, making sure that all category objectives are met, presentation boards and support materials for merchandising, art, and sales meetings, and assisting in all other graphic related initiatives as directed by your department manager.



  • Create visually impactful graphics from concept to production for both import and domestic manufacturing.
  • Present new concepts and ideas in design reviews and meetings.
  • Approve pre-production samples and strike-offs.
  • Graphic support for sales presentation boards for seasonal and quick response initiatives.
  • Utilize graphic sales analysis to provide insight for future development.
  • Development of logos, hangtags, and neck labels with an overall brand awareness for Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, Blue Star Graphics, 81Eighty, and 289c.
  • Graphic development for ads, promotional materials, POS signage, AT&T Stadium events, and Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops.
  • Research: trends in the marketplace, our competitors, techniques, sales analysis, and our customer.
  • Wholesale catalog development and layout for all DCM brands.
  • Preparing submission pages for licensing and customer approval.
  • Ability to lead projects and take on more responsibility as the business dictates.


  • Minimum of Associates degree in graphic design.
  • 3-5 years experience in the apparel industry preferred.
  • Creativity and problem solving skills a must.
  • Willingness to learn and follow direction and instruction.
  • Eagerness to be part of a team and the ability to work within its structure.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment with hard and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills.
  • Good organization skills.
  • In depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign on a Mac OSX platform.
  • Able to work 8:30am – 5:30pm, M – F with periodic overtime as workload dictates.

Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
Part-Time Licensing Assistant - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Licensing Assistant is responsible for facilitating each of our licensing portals, for all system functions, including but not limited to setups of licensee information, and maintenance of individual brand style guides. This position will partner with the graphics team to facilitate all processes regarding both internal and external submissions leading to their specific routings for approvals. Additionally, the Licensing Assistant will own the contractual samples process and assist in the collection of royalty data.

Job Duties:

  • Executing each internal/external licensing, submissions, and approvals portals
  • Own the graphics submissions process from/to all licensees & brand holders
  • Maintain licensee contract information as it pertains to licensed products
  • Responsible for sending, collecting, and documenting contractual samples
  • Assist in the collection and consolidation of all sales and accounting information ensuring monthly/quarterly financials are provided in a timely manner


  • College: Preferred
  • Job Experience: Preferred 2-4 years in licensed retail or licensed wholesale industry
  • Technical Skill: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Licensed Management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations

The Seasonal Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing superior customer service in our fast-paced environment with the ability to keep information organized while handling several situations at once. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented team player with a positive, enthusiastic, and strong customer focused mentality. The Seasonal Retail Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Job Duties: 

- Assist customers with questions via e-mail, telephone, and mail
- Provide sales support including cross-selling and up-selling products
- Follow up on behalf of customer inquiries
- Ensure that the customer receives superior service
- Provide resolution to customers
- Work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Customer Service Manager


- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years previous customer service experience required, preferably in a high-volume call center
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Excellent computer skills and typing abilities with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience with internet research
- Excellent communication skills including phone, follow-up, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills

Retail/Food & Beverage: Warehouse Management/Staff
Shipping Manager - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Shipping Manager leads and directs a team of shipment closers, drivers and the routing department. They are responsible for the overall shipments of all Cowboys/Eighty-One Eighty/289c product within the facility along with specified integrity standards set by Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, LLC. This position reports directly to the Assistant Operations Manager.

Job Duties: 

 -          Manage all wholesale and retail/ecomm shipments.

-          Ensure accurate product is being shipped to proper customer(s).

-          Perform quality checks on orders being shipped out.

-          Responsible for end of day procedures (confirming/closing shipping loads).

-          Schedule deliveries for pick up/drop off through various carriers.

-          Maintain weekly shipping schedule to ensure prompt/on-time delivery of goods to all retailers.

-          Assist in directing/designing/implementing staffing processes for hiring seasonal/part time employees.

-          Drive a performance based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.

-          Drive continuous improvement by training to ensure standards of excellence.

-          Communication role with management regarding daily shipments and recap.

-          Investigate and trouble shoot problem shipments driving process improvements.

-          Understanding of conveyor belt and line to assist as needed.

-          Liaison between picking, compliance, and replenishment areas of the warehouse

-          Manage staff, proper on-boarding/training of daily responsibilities and maintain weekly hours.

-          Maintain inventory on all packing materials and UPS labels, order as needed.

-          Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Assistant Operations Manager.


 -          College degree or experience preferred.

-          2- 5 years operations/distribution warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-          Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

-          Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

-          Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

-          Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility for irregular hours and occasional overtime.
