Associate Graphic Designer - Dallas Cowboys Football Club-Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Associate Graphic Designer will assist in the development of market ready graphics for both domestic and import apparel for all channels of distribution.  Responsibilities include assisting in the development of multiple seasonal lines to meet consumer & retail demands while making sure that all category objectives are met, presentation boards and support materials for merchandising, art, and sales meetings and assisting in all other graphic related initiatives as directed by your department manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketable graphics from concept to production.

  • Layout and organize presentation boards for seasonal line development.

  • Graphic support for Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, Blue Star Graphics, 81Eighty, and 289c sales presentations.

  • Graphic development for ads, promotional materials, POS signage, AT&T Stadium events, and Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops.

  • Research: trends in the marketplace, our competitors, techniques, sales analysis, and our customer.

  • Preparing submission pages for licensing and customer approval.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associates degree in graphic design.  Experience in the apparel industry a plus.
  • Creativity and problem solving skills a must.

  • Willingness to learn and follow direction and instruction.

  • Eagerness to be part of a team and the ability to work within its structure.

  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment with hard and tight deadlines.

  • Good organization skills.
  • In depth knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign on a Mac OSX platform.
  • Able to work 8:30am – 5:30pm, M – F with periodic overtime as workload dictates.

Ecommerce Photographer - Dallas Cowboys Football Club-Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

Dallas Cowboys Merchandising is seeking an in-house, full-time Studio photographer that will be responsible for the product photography in a fast paced, high volume Studio. Excellent digital photography and studio skills and a passion for creativity are required. A portfolio of current work demonstrating expertise in product photography is necessary to be considered for the position. Candidate must be responsible, a team player, and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities: 

  • Photograph product images for use online, including on model or on mannequin photos.

  • Maintain equipment and workspace

  • Follow procedures for naming, saving and archiving images

  • Maintain image quality and standards

  • Meet strict deadlines

  • Color correct and process images

Qualifications: 

  • Strong visual skills with attention to detail and an eye for consistency and light.

Experienced Press Operator - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Dallas Cowboys are looking for experienced Screen Press Operators. The Press Operator is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of press machine.  The Press Operator responds to work orders, sets up, operates, troubleshoots press, and provides quality control on all projects. This role reports to the Production Manager.

Job Duties: 

  • Respond to work/production orders given by the Production Manager
  • Setup and perform strike-off, with approval from Production Manager, to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects for quality control
  • Cleaning and miscellaneous housekeeping duties
  • Assist with troubleshooting when necessary
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with screen printing required
  • High School diploma
  • Fluent English required, bilingual preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality oriented
  • Mechanical skills required
  • Computer skills preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure

The Intercompany Coordinator is responsible for the overall receipt of all Dallas Cowboys/Eighty-One Eighty product that is printed from Blue Star Graphics within Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, LLC.

Job Duties:

  • Manage and receive blank goods via Purchase Orders.

  • Maintain knowledge of what goods belong to what companies within the DC.

  • Enter Unit of Measures for each individual item number before receiving via RF gun application/desktop.

  • Assist and research inventory discrepancies.

  • Physically correct inventory discrepancies via inventory pulls (misprints, damages, cycle counts, etc.).

  • Detailed orientated information kept across the board in regards to discrepancies.

  • Coordinator with lift drivers on the putaway of received/finished goods.

  • Complete shipping/receiving via systematic processes.

  • Maintain custom jersey inventory and order process.

  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the inbound operations team.

Requirements:

  • High School degree and college experience preferred.

  • Previous administrative and warehouse experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Able to simultaneously lead a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

  • Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility for irregular hours

Responsible for selling tickets and distributing will call tickets to events held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX and/or The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX. • Sells tickets on a Ticketmaster system

- Perform daily count processes through the use of an RF scanner device
- Inventory accurate and timely counts in multiple warehouse locations, with a range of products
- Assist in regular and accurate “spec” measurement of current and inbound product
- Inspect and insure quality of all products being returned (damage identification)
- Perform quality checks/audits on orders which have been processed for shipping
- Communication role with management related to damage processing, system process data entry and product management
- Familiarity with product “DIM” elements and functionality  -  (weight, dimensions, units per container)
- Perform other activities and functions as directed by the Inventory/Quality Control Manager
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with coworkers from different departments
- Knowledge of RF systems
- Fork Lift Experience is a plus (internal certification process requirement as needed)
