Junior Front End Web Developer Intern - Dallas Cowboys Football Club-Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Junior Front End Web Developer will work with the ecommerce team to assist in enhancing UI, UX, and Brand aspects across several ecommerce entities.  

Duties/Skills: 

  • Develop new and maintain existing landing pages, email templates, microsites, and web applications.

  • Implement design concepts and wireframes into standards compliant code.

  • Ability to understand and follow development standards and best practices.

  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Awareness of user-interface design and usability standards

  • Ability to explain complex ideas in laymen’s terms

Facility Operations/Security: Heavy Equipment Operator
Part Time Seasonal Forklift Operator - Dallas Cowboys Football Club - Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Part Time Seasonal Fork Lift Operator is responsible for operating the warehouse forklift and performing various material handling duties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Move controls, levers, and devises to drive industrial forklifts to transport materials between loading, unloading, processing and storage areas
- Organize and secure materials
- Track materials though the Warehouse according to company policies and procedures
- Perform routine inspections and/or safety checks to ensure forklift is operating properly
- Return forklift to the appropriate charging station at shift end and prepare equipment for the start of the following shift
- Complete forklift operator training as required
- Complete other duties as assigned by a manager
 

Qualifications:

- Forklift Certification required

“Part Time / Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Inventory Control and Return Processing”

Job Duties:

- Perform daily count processes through the use of an RF scanner device
- Inventory accurate and timely counts in multiple warehouse locations, with a range of products
- Assist in regular and accurate “spec” measurement of current and inbound product
- Inspect and insure quality of all products being returned (damage identification)
- Perform quality checks/audits on orders which have been processed for shipping
- Communication role with management related to damage processing, system process data entry and product management
- Familiarity with product “DIM” elements and functionality  -  (weight, dimensions, units per container)
- Perform other activities and functions as directed by the Inventory/Quality Control Manager
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with coworkers from different departments
- Knowledge of RF systems
- Fork Lift Experience is a plus (internal certification process requirement as needed)

Summary of Duties and Functions

Product Descriptions:
• Write product descriptions for items to be uploaded to all active websites managed by DCM
• Research product details with buyers and vendors
• Proofread content for accuracy; check for spelling and punctuation errors
• Assist with placing orders for photo samples as needed

Web Content Assistance:
• Upload photos for products using Adobe Scene 7
• Upload other graphics as needed
• Use Hybris web platform to prepare products to be uploaded and make corrections/changes to products for all websites
• Sort products within web categories as needed

The Production Manager is responsible for day-to-day production within the print shop.  Supervises, motivates and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication.  The Production Manager is responsible for the department production and quality goals through effective and efficient utilization of personnel and equipment   The Production Manager reports to the Operations Director.

Job Duties:

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals.
  • Supervise press operators and their teams, table leads and quality control employees, and employees supporting pre press activities such as screen development and ink mixing.
  • Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Production Planner to focus on priority jobs.
  • Maintain production control records.
  • Schedule, plan and conduct morning production meetings.
  • Oversee all staff scheduling, time off requests and overtime.
  • Monitor quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality material that meets customer delivery expectations.
  • Initiate hiring when needed to cope with expanding workload.
  • Conduct training for employees.
  • Manage the routine maintenance of equipment and manage service work as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a print production facility.
  • Hands on screen printing experience.
  • Knowledgeable in current screen printing techniques and technology.
  • Minimum 5 years experience with M&R Printing presses.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations

Production Planner - Dallas Cowboys Football Club-Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Production Planner is responsible for planning, preparing, issuing and controlling production schedules and capacities and to ensure the controlled flow of materials to meet production requirements. This individual ensures the timely distribution of shop order and components to manufacturing. This individual will administer production scheduling to support demand as well as level load operations.

This position requires a full range of planning knowledge and systems experience. MS Office Suite knowledge mandatory with advance excel skills a significant plus.  Needs to seamlessly interface with internal and external customers.  Must be comfortable in a production oriented, fast paced environment that changes frequently and requires significant multi-tasking abilities.  The Production Planner reports to the Operations Director.

Job Duties:

  • Recognizes sales and customer service as its primary internal customer with direct interface to end customer and provides production schedule data, analysis, and advice.

  • Analyzes production demand, sales patterns, forecasts, production specifications and plant capacity data.

  • Reviews and schedules, production orders and issues support documents for scheduling based on priorities, anticipating production issues and possible manufacturing constraints.

  • Establishes effective relationships with various internal and external groups such as sales and merchandising teams, customer service, suppliers, plant production personnel and senior management.

  • Monitors orders from start to finish ensuring the on time delivery of customer orders.

  • Working in conjunction with production management monitors and adjusts weekly work schedules to ensure the production schedules are met.

  • Expedites and secures product needed for production; ensures timely ordering and delivery of components to support manufacturing activities.

  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

  • Analyzes month end and annual activity to determine the need for forecast modification and making necessary adjustments to planned production schedule and capacities.

  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Operations Director.

    Qualifications:

  • A BA/BS college degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1-2 years production planning experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft AX and Scale desired.
  • APICS or other planning certification is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
