The Customer Service Representative - Retail is responsible for providing superior customer service in our fast-paced, call center environment with the ability to keep information and tasks organized while multi-tasking. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented team player with a positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude. The Customer Service Representative - Retail reports to the Retail Customer Service Manager and will be part of an overall Call Center team.
 
Job Duties:

- Assist internet/catalog customers with questions via e-mail, telephone, system “Live Chat” and mail
- Provide sales support through cross-selling and up-selling products
- Follow-through with customer inquiries and requests/ document and record efforts in the process
- Ensure that our customer receives superior service
- Provide resolution to customers through communication and problem-solving skills
- Work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Answering phones, functioning on the computer and providing customer assistance
- Order processing, issue resolution, selling ability, return processing
- Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Retail Customer Service Manager

Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

Information Systems/Technical: IT Database Management/Services
Database Administrator - Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd. (Irving, TX)

The Dallas Cowboys Football Club is seeking a candidate with mid-to-high level Microsoft SQL database administration skills to perform database creation and configuration, performance tuning, set access and security levels, writing queries, routine data maintenance, and integrity checking. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES

  • Set up and install databases, including test, development, and production environments.
  • Evaluate and install service packs.
  • Monitor database “health:” availability, reliability, performance, capacity planning, clustering/failover testing.
  • Provide performance tuning:  indexing, compression, drive distribution, load balancing, replication.
  • Monitor and remediate disk space usage.
  • Setup and maintain accounts, access levels, and security.
  • Perform routine data maintenance:  re-indexing, integrity checking, database shrinking, log file monitoring.
  • Develop, document and implement standard procedures for all DBA tasks:  Perform disaster recovery planning and testing.
  • Support Data Transformation Services / trouble shooting.
  • Support SQL Scheduler:  job setup, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with application support and network administrators on hardware/infrastructure requirements for databases, business application software systems, SAN, and on backup and recovery strategies.
  • Maintain SQL software versions at supportable release levels.  Coordinate upgrade and service pack installation schedules.
  • Provide data model, view and table descriptive information to end users and technical analysis upon request.
  • Collaborate with Internet/Intranet teams on database and application interface/integration issues.
  • Perform after hours and weekend on-call support, as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Must meet the following minimum requirements):

  • Preferred Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA).
  • Strong SQL Query and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) skills.
  • 4 – 5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL database administration in a production environment.
  • Ability to translate technical issues, requirements, limitations and parameters for management and staff and to understand business work processes and business impact.
  • Skilled in analysis, observation and interpretation of technical information.

PRIMARY LOCATION: AT&T Stadium, Arlington, TX 

SUMMARY

Qualified candidate needed to serve as Desktop Support Specialist in the Information Technology department of the Dallas Cowboys 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES

  • Provides support to Cowboys staff for technology related issues

  • Manages escalation of major issues to third party support personnel

  • Performs maintenance of hardware and software on desktops and laptops

  • Maintains technical proficiency on all Cowboys end-user computing platforms: personal computers and laptops, Windows 7, XP, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, internet applications, scouting system, accounting applications, CRM, and other customized applications

  • Mac OSX Server, and Xsan administration

  • Supports Dallas Cowboys retail technology: Microsoft Dynamics RMS, SQL Server, and other custom integration software.

  • Assists with large hardware and software installations

  • Logs new calls, updates and status changes in Help Desk call management portal

Facility Operations/Security: Security
Security Coordinator - Dallas Cowboys (Arlington, TX)

Department:  Event Operations

Title of Immediate Supervisor:  Security Manager

Principle Function

The Security Coordinator assists the security manager with the day-to-day security operations for AT&T Stadium and the security function for all events at AT&T Stadium.  The Security Coordinator is responsible for general supervision and coordination of the Stadium Control Room Supervisors.  The Security Coordinator is responsible for the operations of the Access Management event day staff.  The Security Coordinator reports to the Security Manager and is part of the Event Operations management team.

Summary of Duties and Functions

Security:

  • Assist with the oversight of stadium security contractor, including but not limited to, reviewing staffing estimates, post orders, staff deployment plans and event day operations as directed by the Security Manager.
  • Support the Stadium Control Room Supervisors with gathering and saving incident cards through the electronic incident management system.
  • Manage an inventory of security-related items such as hand held metal detectors, cameras, radios, keys and electronic card readers.

Access Management & Stadium Control Room Supervisors:

  • Assist with the training of Access Management staff and Stadium Control Room Supervisors.

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Stadium Control Room Supervisors.
  • Provide operations management for the Access Management event day personnel.  Work closely with Access Management staffing provider and the Event Staff Coordinator to ensure the efficient and effective use of event day personnel.
  • Provide training and event day oversight for the part time personnel assigned to the stadium’s event command post.
  • As required, schedule staff and manage personnel records by using a computerized time and attendance system.
  • Prepare staff documents including crew deployment plans, briefing area assignments, captain/supervisor event notes, break rotation schedules, etc.
  • Ensure that staffing levels are appropriate during events and that staffing resources are properly briefed, deployed and redeployed as necessary.
  • Review event documentation and follow-up on various issues.
  • Assist in the event planning process as it relates to Access Management and the Stadium Control Room Supervisors.

Event Operations:

  • Assist in the ongoing development of stadium collateral materials.
  • Coordinate the inventory and issue of uniforms and equipment for the Access Management and Control Room Supervisors Staff.
  • Assist in the design and development of the Event Operations budget and business plan.
  • Serve as an event manager for special events as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to the Event Operations department.
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Security Manager and/or Director of Event Operations.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Communications, Sports Management or related area of study required.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising a group of Event Staff/Security Staff required (stadium, arena, convention center, performing arts facility).
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access) required.
  • Experience with ABI Mastermind, ISS 24/7 Incident Command, and 24-hour video surveillance systems preferred.
  • Able to obtain a Security License in the state of Texas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.
