The Content Manager is responsible for managing content on all boards throughout The Star, shooting and editing content that will be updated frequently on the boards at The Star, and managing the building of graphics for the boards at The Star.

Job Duties:

·          Ensure that each video board at The Star has content that is relevant and timely for all events and throughout each day

·          Ensure high school football is promoted prominently

·          Support Cowboys initiatives, promotions and cross promote content on other Cowboys-owned media channels

·          Assist with production for live events in the event center

Qualifications:

·          Minimum of 5 years’ experience producing video content

·          Minimum of 5 years’ experience producing graphics or managing graphics production

Experienced Press Operator - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Dallas Cowboys are looking for experienced Screen Press Operators. The Press Operator is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of press machine.  The Press Operator responds to work orders, sets up, operates, troubleshoots press, and provides quality control on all projects. This role reports to the Production Manager.

Job Duties: 

  • Respond to work/production orders given by the Production Manager
  • Setup and perform strike-off, with approval from Production Manager, to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects for quality control
  • Cleaning and miscellaneous housekeeping duties
  • Assist with troubleshooting when necessary
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with screen printing required
  • High School diploma
  • Fluent English required, bilingual preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality oriented
  • Mechanical skills required
  • Computer skills preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively

Fan Club Intern - Dallas Cowboys Football Club (Irving, TX)

The Fan Club Intern is responsible for managing social media platforms and calendars as well as gathering and organizing Fan Club marketing materials and tracking inventory throughout the summer months.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES:

  • Execute logistics surrounding activities and events for Dallas Cowboys United
  • Complete daily office activities of Fan Club
  • Assist with the fulfillment process of Dallas Cowboys United membership benefits to ensure that fans receive their membership materials promptly after joining
  • Assist with developing and monitoring Dallas Cowboys United marketing campaigns, including social media
  • Develop and execute unique content for social media platforms to increase the audience and diversify content
  • Work closely with the customer service department to prepare customer service reps to handle Dallas Cowboys United member questions and concerns
  • Update and manage Dallas Cowboys United members’ data and help maintain the Cowboys’ CRM database
  • Work with the Email Marketing Manager to execute email campaigns such as monthly newsletters, special offers and event emails

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Must meet the following minimum requirements):

  • Proof of enrollment in a collegiate level marketing or related degree plan

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;  Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge

  • Diverse social media knowledge

  • Computer skills including Windows 7, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Seasonal Wholesale Customer Service Representative - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (DFW Airport, TX)

The Wholesale Seasonal CSR is responsible for providing superior customer service to wholesale customers of Dallas Cowboys Merchandise. This position supports the Wholesale Account managers with data entry, account maintenance, and communication with our customers. This position reports to the Wholesale Customer Service Manager.

Job Duties:

• Order entry under strict deadlines. Accuracy and organization is key to getting all goals met in a timely manner.
• Double checking all deadline orders to ensure the proper items were entered along with the correct colors and sizes.
• Handle incoming calls from customers with questions about their orders, requesting return authorization numbers, or looking for available inventory.
• Running daily product availability reports to use when placing orders, answering questions, or when trying to replace other out of stock items on current orders.
• Be knowledgeable of the product that the Dallas Cowboys offer.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior customer service experience required
• Basic computer skills required

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for selling season tickets, seat options and premium inventory for the Dallas Cowboys in AT&T Stadium.  The Account Executive reports to the Sales Manager.

Job Duties:

  • Prospect new clients for season tickets, seat options and premium inventory
  • Set appointments and deliver face to face presentations to prospective clients resulting in the close of new business

The Dallas Cowboys Social Media Department is looking for a well-qualified social media coordinator with working experience in the field.  The purpose of our department is to develop, schedule and maintain the content provided on all Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and AT&T Stadium social media channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assist the Social Media Manager in creation and development of content to distribute across all social media platforms.

-Assist in scheduling and implementing a monthly social media calendar.

-Monitor and engage communication with fans across all social media platforms in real time.

- Track and report social media analytics on a daily/weekly basis.

-Real time coverage of live team events and functions.

-Maintain and update social media channels during home and road games.

-Assist in developing and updating website content.

Requirements:

-A degree in marketing, communications or related field (or currently enrolled in equivalent college courses); plus on the job social media experience.

-Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, YouTube and Pinterest also must have a pulse on developing platforms.

-Strong storytelling/copywriting/copyediting skills.

-Basic knowledge of the NFL and the Dallas Cowboys.

-Basic knowledge of Photoshop.

- Perform daily count processes through the use of an RF scanner device
- Inventory accurate and timely counts in multiple warehouse locations, with a range of products
- Assist in regular and accurate “spec” measurement of current and inbound product
- Inspect and insure quality of all products being returned (damage identification)
- Perform quality checks/audits on orders which have been processed for shipping
- Communication role with management related to damage processing, system process data entry and product management
- Familiarity with product “DIM” elements and functionality  -  (weight, dimensions, units per container)
- Perform other activities and functions as directed by the Inventory/Quality Control Manager
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with coworkers from different departments
- Knowledge of RF systems
- Fork Lift Experience is a plus (internal certification process requirement as needed)
