Data Entry Routing Clerk - Part Time - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Data Entry Routing Clerk assists the Routing Coordinator in routing all outbound shipments from the DCM warehouse direct to all wholesale customers, along with other daily tasks.  The position interacts directly with the Shipping and Compliance managers.

Job Duties:

-          Route all compliance sales orders/PO’s on the customers TMS web-site, follow up and secure routing instructions and document control numbers       

-          Schedule and set up shipping appointments for National Account customers. 

-          Freight Documentation – Prepare all necessary documents daily prior to carrier arrival.

-          Prepare order documents to pull and build ship loads with wave numbers, pallet counts and staging locations.    

-          Follow daily route schedule to local Pro Shops, Fans United, DFW Airport, AT&T Stadium and UPS Ground for out of town locations.

-          Vendor Chargeback’s –Stay current with National Account routing requirements. Recommend changes based on current routing requirements.

-          Special Requests & Follow Up – Assist in order processing, follow up on in-transit shipments and obtain freight quotes on special projects. 

Qualifications:

-          College degree preferred.

-         1-3 years previous administrative and warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-          Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

-          Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

-          Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

-          Able to work Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 12:00am with flexibility for irregular hours.

Experienced Press Operator - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Dallas Cowboys are looking for experienced Screen Press Operators. The Press Operator is responsible for the general operation and maintenance of press machine.  The Press Operator responds to work orders, sets up, operates, troubleshoots press, and provides quality control on all projects. This role reports to the Production Manager.

Job Duties: 

  • Respond to work/production orders given by the Production Manager
  • Setup and perform strike-off, with approval from Production Manager, to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects for quality control
  • Cleaning and miscellaneous housekeeping duties
  • Assist with troubleshooting when necessary
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with screen printing required
  • High School diploma
  • Fluent English required, bilingual preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality oriented
  • Mechanical skills required
  • Computer skills preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, minimum of 6 days

Job Duties:

  • Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints

  • Hire, train, and evaluate employees, promoting or terminating when appropriate
  • Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed; train employees on pricing and merchandising
  • Functions as a role-model to ensure clients remain a top-priority
  • Perform all duties of the Retail Sales Associate

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 – 3 years of retail clothing experience required
  • 1 – 2 years of retail supervisory experience preferred
  • Able to stand for extended periods (3 hours or longer)
  • Able to communicate information effectively and use analytical skills to make decisions
  • Able to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in difficult situations

Shipping Manager - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Shipping Manager leads and directs a team of shipment closers, drivers and the routing department. They are responsible for the overall shipments of all Cowboys/Eighty-One Eighty/289c product within the facility along with specified integrity standards set by Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, LLC. This position reports directly to the Assistant Operations Manager.

-          Maintain weekly shipping schedule to ensure prompt/on-time delivery of goods to all retailers.

-          Assist in directing/designing/implementing staffing processes for hiring seasonal/part time employees.

-          Drive a performance based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.

-          Drive continuous improvement by training to ensure standards of excellence.

-          Communication role with management regarding daily shipments and recap.

-          Investigate and trouble shoot problem shipments driving process improvements.

-          Understanding of conveyor belt and line to assist as needed.

-          Liaison between picking, compliance, and replenishment areas of the warehouse

-          Manage staff, proper on-boarding/training of daily responsibilities and maintain weekly hours.

-          Maintain inventory on all packing materials and UPS labels, order as needed.

-          Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Assistant Operations Manager.

Requirements:

 -          College degree or experience preferred.

-          2- 5 years operations/distribution warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-          Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

-          Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

-          Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

-          Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility for irregular hours and occasional overtime.

-          Lead staff, proper on-boarding/training of daily responsibilities.

-          Drive a performance based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.

-          Drive continuous improvement by training to ensure standards of excellence.

-          Perform other functions and activities as directed by the concentrated areas manager.

Requirements:

 

-          High school/college degree/experience preferred.

-         1 - 3 years administrative and warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-          Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

-          Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

-          Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility for irregular hours and occasional overtime.

-          Able to work Monday – Friday 3:30am – 12:30am (if applying for our second shift operation).
