Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops Store Manager-Firewheel - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Garland, TX)

 

The Pro Shop Manager is responsible for the overall success of their assigned Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop.  The Pro Shop Manager provides direction and supervision for all activities within their assigned store and reports to the District Manager.

 

 

Job Duties:

• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts and/or performing services for customers
• Hire, train, and evaluate employees, promoting or terminating when appropriate
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customer receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed; train employees on pricing and merchandising
• Monitor inventory, stocking and reordering when necessary
• Budget payroll hours and inventory levels
• Perform all duties of the Retail Sales Associate
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the District Manager

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 yrs retail management experience required
• Able to stand for extended periods (3 hours or longer)
• Able to communicate information effectively
• Able to influence others to buy merchandise or to otherwise change their mind or actions
• Able to troubleshoot/problem solve and remain calm in difficult situations
• Able to work with honesty and integrity in all decisions and actions

Graphic Design Assistant - Dallas Cowboys Football Club-Merchandising (Irving, TX)

 

The Graphic Design Assistant is responsible for helping the eCommerce department with daily graphic design and photography assistance tasks in order to prepare merchandise for sale online in a timely manner.


 

 

Summary of Duties and Functions

Graphic Design:
• Use Adobe programs to create and prepare graphics for the web
• Presenting new concepts and ideas in design review meetings.
• Graphics and sales presentation boards for seasonal and supplemental collections.
• Using graphic sales analysis to provide insight for future development.
• Development of logos and overall branding of DCM, 289c Apparel, BSGD and 81Eighty merchandise.
• Graphic support for all ecommerce projects and sales presentations.
• Ads, promotional materials and POS signage for Legends, Cowboys Stadium
events and Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops.
• Retail catalog development and layout for all DCM brands.

• Managing changes and problem solving

• Assisting photographer with maintaining equipment and workspace
• Photograph product for weekly internet sales and ads
• Work with Studio Coordinators to deliver high quality imaging quickly and efficiently
• Collaborates with the Photography and Photoshop teams to create ideas with layout, design, and direction
• Produce quality still life and product photography in the studio and on location
• Translate production requirements and layouts into final images
• Organizes and clears up shooting area and workstations as needed
• Maintain production requirements to meet budget targets, deadlines and expectation
• Actively participates and provides input for continuous improvement with work process and procedures
• Proactively share feedback and assist with other roles to keep our workflow process moving forward

Requirements:


• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of industry experience
• Current portfolio is required
• Ability to work in a high volume production environment
• Experience in a professional commercial photo studio
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Ability to multitask and capable of working independently and in a team environment
• In-depth Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign on Mac OSX platform

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIITES:

The Part Time Seasonal Fork Lift Operator is responsible for operating the warehouse forklift and performing various material handling duties.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Move controls, levers, and devises to drive industrial forklifts to transport materials between loading, unloading, processing and storage areas
- Organize and secure materials
- Track materials though the Warehouse according to company policies and procedures
- Perform routine inspections and/or safety checks to ensure forklift is operating properly
- Return forklift to the appropriate charging station at shift end and prepare equipment for the start of the following shift

SEASONAL WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
JOB DESCRIPTION

The Wholesale Seasonal CSR is responsible for providing superior customer service to wholesale customers of Dallas Cowboys Merchandise. This position supports the Wholesale Account managers with data entry, account maintenance, and communication with our customers. This position reports to the Wholesale Customer Service Manager.

Job Duties:

• Order entry under strict deadlines. Accuracy and organization is key to getting all goals met in a timely manner.
• Double checking all deadline orders to ensure the proper items were entered along with the correct colors and sizes.
• Handle incoming calls from customers with questions about their orders, requesting return authorization numbers, or looking for available inventory.
• Running daily product availability reports to use when placing orders, answering questions, or when trying to replace other out of stock items on current orders.
• Be knowledgeable of the product that the Dallas Cowboys offer.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
• Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Customer Service Manger.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior customer service experience required
• Basic computer skills required
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
• Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
• Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary

Service Coordinator-AT&T Stadium - Dallas Cowboys Football Club (Arlington, TX)

 

The Service Coordinator is responsible for effectively providing superior customer service to Dallas Cowboys (AT&T Stadium) season ticket holders, as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the season ticket holders.  The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of Premium & Ticket Services.

 

Job Duties:

  • Respond to in-bound inquiries, providing outstanding customer service in order to build value to AT&T Stadium season ticket holders and potential customers; document all interactions through CRM
  • Implement strategies, under the supervision of the Manager of Premium & Ticket Services, to sell existing inventory, increase renewals, and provide added value services to renewing and existing season ticket holders
  • Assist with all season ticket holder special events, entertainment and gift distribution, and communicating event and ticket specific information
  • Administrative functions of the sales process such as preparing agreements, keeping accurate information within databases, maintaining the personal profile information and implementation of benefits program
  • Execute collection process for annual invoices
  • Liaise between Accounting and ticket holders regarding invoice and seat option questions/ payments
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Manager of Premium & Ticket Services

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related area of study required
  • 2-3 years service experience (sports or hotel industry preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality
  • Able to work well within a team environment
  • Able to balance internal priorities with client expectations
  • Able to work Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00pm, but also maintain a flexible work schedule in order to deal effectively with special event responsibilities
