Assistant Operations Manager (Outbound) - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Assistant Operations Manager  is responsible for assisting in overseeing the operations of all Dallas Cowboys Merchandising/Eighty-One Eighty/289c product that enters/exits the facility working closely with all operational departments. 

Job Duties:

 -          Assist Operations Manager in directing daily responsibilities and job duties.

-          Liaisons between all departments, ensuring all tasks are executed to the best quality.

-          Specific concentration on the outbound side of operation (shipping, inventory/quality control, pick mod, compliance-entire process).

-          Creating and implementing policies and procedures.

-          Assist in analyzing internal logistical problems and help develop new solutions.

-          Drive a performance based environment, metric driven by utilizing/analyzing real time data.

-          Coach and educate employees on operational policies and procedures.

-          Conduct weekly touch base operational meetings (one-on-one and group), strong communication skills – develop direct reports.

-          Be knowledgeable regarding outbound individual retailers vendor compliance manuals.

-          Maintain and communicate chargeback/labor log analyzing weekly/monthly data.

-          Manage full time staff and daily responsibilities.

-          Assist in directing/designing/implementing staffing processes for hiring seasonal/part time employees.

-          Actively participate in operations meetings (production, operation, process, system, etc.).

-          Ownership of warehouse operations in the absence of the operations manager, serving as a true assistant/back up to the operations manager.

-          Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

 -          College degree required.

-          3-5 years administrative and warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-          Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

-          Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

-          Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

-          Able to work Monday - Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm with flexibility for irregular hours.

Retail/Food & Beverage: Warehouse Operations
Data Entry Routing Clerk - Part Time - Dallas Cowboys Merchandising (Dallas, TX)

The Data Entry Routing Clerk assists the Routing Coordinator in routing all outbound shipments from the DCM warehouse direct to all wholesale customers, along with other daily tasks.  The position interacts directly with the Shipping and Compliance managers.

Job Duties:

-          Route all compliance sales orders/PO’s on the customers TMS web-site, follow up and secure routing instructions and document control numbers       

-          Schedule and set up shipping appointments for National Account customers. 

-          Freight Documentation – Prepare all necessary documents daily prior to carrier arrival.

-          Prepare order documents to pull and build ship loads with wave numbers, pallet counts and staging locations.    

-          Follow daily route schedule to local Pro Shops, Fans United, DFW Airport, AT&T Stadium and UPS Ground for out of town locations.

-          Vendor Chargeback’s –Stay current with National Account routing requirements. Recommend changes based on current routing requirements.

-          Special Requests & Follow Up – Assist in order processing, follow up on in-transit shipments and obtain freight quotes on special projects. 

Qualifications:

-          College degree preferred.

-         1-3 years previous administrative and warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-          Able to simultaneously manage a very high level of detail across multiple projects.

-          Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

-          Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary.

Part Time Ticket Seller/Service Professional - Dallas Cowboys - AT&T Stadium & The Ford Center (Frisco, TX)


Responsible for selling tickets and distributing will call tickets to events held at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX and/or The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, TX. Contributing as a member of a service professional team; creating exceptional experiences for our guests in a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sells tickets on a Ticketmaster system
• Accepts payments and makes change for our guests
• Answers questions regarding events, tickets, & schedules
• Familiarizes self with the venue to better assist our guests with location related questions
• Distributes will call tickets after verifying photo identification
• Must be proficient in basic math skills with the ability to balance cash and receipt drawer with supervisor at the end of the shift
• Must be able to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Consistently honors work commitments and arrives to work on time
• Must portray strong problem solving skills including listening, identifying, and resolving problems in a calm and friendly manner
• Meets high standards of cleanliness and appearance

The Shipping Manager leads and directs a team of shipment closers, drivers and the routing department. They are responsible for the overall shipments of all Cowboys/Eighty-One Eighty/289c product within the facility along with specified integrity standards set by Dallas Cowboys Merchandising, LLC. -          Assist in directing/designing/implementing staffing processes for hiring seasonal/part time employees.

-          Drive continuous improvement by training to ensure standards of excellence.

-          Communication role with management regarding daily shipments and recap.

-          Investigate and trouble shoot problem shipments driving process improvements.

-          Understanding of conveyor belt and line to assist as needed.

-          Liaison between picking, compliance, and replenishment areas of the warehouse

-          Manage staff, proper on-boarding/training of daily responsibilities and maintain weekly hours.

-          Maintain inventory on all packing materials and UPS labels, order as needed.

-          Perform other functions and activities as directed by the Assistant Operations Manager.

Requirements:

 -          College degree or experience preferred.

-          2- 5 years operations/distribution warehouse experience.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office.

The Systems Analyst will help support multiple business software systems.  Support to include software maintenance, upgrades and operation.  Will provide support and assistance to the software users and help with customization.  Assist the Senior Systems Analyst in multiple projects and business intelligence reporting and queries.

·       Troubleshoot desktop and portal base issues for Laserfiche users

·       Help with Laserfiche upgrades, including documentation and ability to ensure best practices

The Part Time Seasonal Fork Lift Operator is responsible for operating the warehouse forklift and performing various material handling duties.

Job Responsibilities:

- Move controls, levers, and devises to drive industrial forklifts to transport materials between loading, unloading, processing and storage areas
