IT - System Analyst Intern

Provide maintenance of the computer desktop and server environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, while supporting the end user. Assist with the internal support of company’s PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment. Tasks include end user support, license tracking, PC maintenance, new installs, upgrades and configurations. Room for role expansion as experience dictates. 


·         Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems

·         Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to helpdesk requests received

·         Modify configurations, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation, printers and network devices

·         Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software

·         Documentation and logging of internal procedures and processes

·         Assist with onboarding of new users

·         Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software

·         Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses

·         Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software

·         Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory

·         Perform network related configuration and troubleshooting

·         Windows and VM server management/deployment

Basic Requirements:

•         Current college student or graduate with IT Focus

Preferred Requirements:

•         Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field & IT certifications

Video Production Intern - Indianapolis Colts (Indianapolis, IN)

The Indianapolis Colts have an immediate opening for a highly motivated content creator to fill the Video Production Intern position. This individual will work closely with our production, digital and social media teams to produce engaging videos for all Colts properties including TV, social, web, stadium and commercial production.  This is an eleven month paid internship that will require additional evening and weekend hours as dictated by the department’s schedule and gameday responsibilities.


- Responsible for shooting, editing and posting player interviews and press conferences to and other related digital properties
- Heavily involved in capturing footage of community events and creating stories for TV/web with or without a reporter
- Assist in all aspects of producing Colts TV shows
- Assist with capture, log and archive of gameday footage
- Gameday duties as assigned that could include shooting and/or editing highlights for in-stadium video boards
- Assist in all aspects of commercial production
- Other duties as assigned


- Understanding of rundown formats, segment production, graphics coordination and editing
- Proficiency with AVID editing software (or ability to translate skills from another NLE quickly)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work within fast-paced environment
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must maintain professional relationship with all players, clients, fans and co-workers
