JOB SUMMARY:   The Kansas City Chiefs are looking for high-energy, motivated sellers to join our 50/50 raffle sales team for the 2016 season and select special events (i.e. Concerts, etc…).   

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program.

  2. Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements.

  3. Answer questions fans may have about the program.

  4. Turn in all cash and tickets several times throughout and at the end of gameday.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):

  1. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education, 18 or over.

Job Summary:  Analyzes financial results by collecting, monitoring, and studying data; recommending actions.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.            Compliance with all Chiefs, NFL, Federal, State, and local government deadlines, including, but not limited to ones specifically addressed in this Job expectation.

2.            Completion in a timely manner of all Finance related work product, including, but not limited to, reports, schedules, spreadsheets, analyses, dashboards, etc.

3.            Respond to all Chiefs and NFL inquiries and requests for reports, information, etc. that are Finance related in a timely manner.

4.            Perform special projects as requested by or approved by the Chief Financial Officer or other Chiefs management personnel.

5.            Act as liaison between Finance and Ticket Sales/Marketing/IT/Stadium Ops/Broadcast, etc.

10.         Establish/maintain timely, accurate, and executable reporting for stadium-related revenues (i.e. concessions, parking, merchandise, other per caps).

11.         Continually monitor the reporting/output generated by the various Finance Department systems to ensure that the systems are optimized and used to gain efficiency and increase exchange of relevant information.

12.         Analyze and assist in budgeting process to improve efficiency and create the highest benefit to all users in managing departmental profitability and long term success.

13.         Review and analyze forecasting models for ticket sales and other revenue producing activities.

14.         Create and maintain reporting that will provide cost/benefit analysis on all expenditures – both capital and operating that will maximize return on funds spent by organization.

  1. Perform safety and security duties and assigned tasks to include the protection of persons and property.

1.     Navigate the Stadium and effectively give information about Arrowhead Stadium and the History of the Kansas City Chiefs in an entertaining and informative manner.

2.     Communicate and coordinate with the Event Operations Department to execute all stadium tours and stadium events that include tours.

3.     Work/communicate with fellow tour guides and staff to keep tours on schedule.

4.     Safely guide groups through the stadium in an effective and efficient manner by following the policies and procedures outlined in Training.

5.     Provide excellent customer service and be able to work directly with guests in an effective and professional manner.

6.     Maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times.

7.     Assist with special requests/duties.
