Facility Operations/Security: Maintenance
Commercial Plumber - Kansas City Chiefs (Kansas City, MO)

The Commercial Plumber will perform skilled, complex, work in the repair, preventive maintenance and installation of plumbing in a commercial complex that has a variety of plumbing systems from restrooms to concession stand equipment, hot and cold domestic water systems, grease traps, kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, pressure washers and all infrastructure piping, including cleaning all drains using sewer augers, water pressure jetting equipment as well operating sewer camera equipment.


Primary Duties:
Typical duties at this level consist of the following:

·         Maintains and repairs general plumbing components to include toilets, urinals, faucets, hose bibs, and drains.

·         Installs, repairs, or replaces domestic hot and cold water lines.

·         Installs, tests, and repairs all sizes of backflow prevention devices.

·         Leads trouble shooting efforts and repairs domestic water and sanitary systems.

·         Operates a variety of equipment, such as hand tools, lap top computers, measuring, sewer cleaning equipment, testing and diagnostic instruments to perform duties.

·         Requisitions materials and supplies from stock, calls vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies, and recommends purchases and suppliers.

·         Performs brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding and fabrication.

·         Must be able to read and use complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Secondary Duties

Additional duties including, but not limited to:

 

·         Installs, maintains and repairs HVAC and hot water distribution equipment by optimizing energy in the most efficient operation possible, utilizing a Building Management System (BMS).

·         Installs, maintains and repairs computerized electronic and direct digital control devises related to HVAC.

·         Maintains and repairs all equipment related to closed loop chilled water and hot water systems.

·         Maintains and repairs a variety of Air Handling Unit equipment, including Fan Coil Units, Variable Air Volume Units, and Rooftop Units with DX or chilled water cooling.

·         Installs, maintains and repairs all commercial building electrical and all plumbing systems.

·         Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Experience with the following preferred:

·         Operation of all types of equipment used to maintain and clean all grease, sanitary and storm sewers in a commercial facility.

·         ABB Variable Frequency Drives or Automated Speed Controllers.

·         Automated Logic BMS System.

·         Johnson Controls BMS and/or Fire Alarm Systems.

·         York Air Cooled Chillers.

·         Master Plumber License

·         Master Mechanical License

Qualifications:

·         5 or more years of experience as a Commercial Plumber

·         Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with Commercial Plumbing Systems.

·         Complete working knowledge of Domestic Hot and Cold Water Systems.

·         Extraordinary Customer Service and Communication skills.

·         Ability to be flexible, a team player, and willing to learn in a fast paced environment.

Guest service representatives (GSR)

Suite Attendants

Summary: Reporting to the Event Services Department, the Suite Attendant is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Greeters

Summary: Reporting to the Event Services Department, the Greeter is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Greeters are the first impression the Guests have of Club Level, so making guests feel welcome and comfortable right away is key. You will welcome each guest with, “Welcome to Arrowhead” and will check game tickets and passes to make sure guests are in the correct location. Greeters will also thank Guests as they leave. Greeters are also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Scout Investments Club Level.

ADA Attendants

Summary: Reporting to the Event Services Department, the ADA Attendant is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. ADA Attendants have the ability to impact each guest’s experience, and does everything that they can to enhance the experience while abiding by company policies. ADA Attendants have direct contact with the Guests in our accessible seating sections and have the opportunity to enhance every Guest’s Arrowhead experience by being proactive, courteous, helpful and compassionate to each individual’s situation. Your key responsibility is to make sure that only Guests holding tickets for the accessible seating sections are allowed to sit, stand and/or view the game from your section.

Elevator Operators

Summary: Reporting to the Event Services Department, the Elevator Operator is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Elevator Operators have the ability to impact each guest’s experience, and does everything that they can to enhance the experience while abiding by company policies. Elevator Operators are responsible for transporting passengers between floors of the stadium.

Summary: Reporting to the Event Services Department, the Ticket Taker is responsible for validating admission into each Arrowhead Stadium Event while providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Ticket Takers have the ability to impact each guest’s experience, and does everything that they can to enhance the experience while abiding by company policies.

Stadium Services Positions

 Pan and Broom Attendants

Summary: Reporting to the Stadium Services Department, the Pan and Broom Attendant is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Pan and Broom Attendants will patrol their designated area and ensure their area is free and clear of debris and make sure that trash is removed and changed as needed on the concourses.

Restroom Attendants

Summary: Reporting to the Stadium Services Department, the Restroom Attendant is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Restroom Attendants will be responsible for keeping all Arrowhead Stadium restrooms stocked, clean and free of debris and trash. As a Restroom Attendant, you will be extremely visible to Guests. They will look for information from you and your contact with individual guests may occur more than once during an event. Be proactive in your offensive play to ask them if they are in need of assistance. Be aware of your area as well as specific issues that may need attention. Your focus should be to provide a safe environment and an exceptional fan experience while working efficiently.

 Suite Maids

Summary: Reporting to the Stadium Services Department, the Suite Maid is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium.  Fans First In-Stadium Representatives

Summary: Reporting to the Customer Relations Department, the Fans First Representative is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Fans First Representatives have the ability to impact each guest’s experience, and does everything that they can to enhance the experience while abiding by company policies. Fans First In-Stadium is composed of 11 booths on the Lower and Upper Levels of Arrowhead Stadium that are designed to help provide information, resources and customer service to fans inside the stadium.

 Fans First Parking Representatives

Summary: Reporting to the Customer Relations Department, the Fans First Parking Representative is responsible for providing world class customer service and hospitality to all guests entering Arrowhead Stadium. Fans First Parking Representatives have the ability to impact each guest’s experience, and does everything that they can to enhance the experience while abiding by company policies.  Courtesy Cart Attendants

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

LABOR MANAGEMENT

1.      Must be able to give clear and concise direction to a temporary labor crew of 25+ laborers.

2.      Lead the crew to complete a given task in the budgeted amount of time.

3.      Motivate laborers to be hard working.

CLEANING AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL

4.      The Kansas City Chiefs facilities must be spotless after all events so attention to detail is a major priority to make sure all areas are completely clean

OPERATIONS

JOB SUMMARY: This is full-time, salaried position within the Kansas City Chiefs Digital Media Department.  Following industry, league and fan trends and by having a deep knowledge of the NFL platform, this Social Media Content Strategist will be able to recommend and execute best practices in our digital and social media presence. 

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.      Manage all aspects of the club’s social media accounts on a day-to-day basis – including content creation, community management and development and strategic plan implementation.

2.      Collaborate with various members of the team including digital content, video production, photography, website management, marketing, community communications and agency to deliver and execute successful social tactics that aligns with the overall digital strategy.

3.      Create sharp, useful, informative or entertaining content (including but not limited to Facebook posts, Tweets, GIFs, Snaps, images and short format videos) to engage consumers across social channels while maintaining brand voice.

4.      Align content strategy, coverage, team communications, marketing messaging, stadium and events and sponsored posts on the various social media platforms.

5.      Maintain and update a social media content calendar with multiple departmental initiatives.

6.      Collaborate with the partnership teams to create engaging and valuable sponsorship inventory and brand integration opportunities.
