ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program.
  2. Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements.
  3. Answer questions fans may have about the program.

Facility Operations/Security: Electrician
Electrician - Kansas City Chiefs (Kansas City, MO)

JOB SUMMARY: The Electrician will be involved in all phases of the Building Electrical Distribution System as well as connecting and maintaining various telecommunications apparatus and components, including assembling related equipment used in providing voice, data, CATV, card systems, coach headsets, fire alarm, security camera and special circuits. 


ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Install, Troubleshoot, Repair, Test and perform Preventative Maintenance for:

·         Building distribution equipment, including, but not limited to, single phase, low voltage systems and lighting, single and three phase equipment to High Voltage Substation Equipment.

·         Fire Alarm and Security systems.

·         Concession stand equipment.

·         Television, Audio, Wireless Networking and Fiber Optics (Data, Phone and Comm wiring).

·         Game Day Head-sets, CATV services install and subscriber location assistance, handling phone line dry-pairs for TV trucks.  (Travel may be required to assist away games if necessary)

2. Assist other Engineering disciplines when deemed necessary by the Stadium Systems Manager.

The Sports Lab is an interactive health and fitness zone specifically designed for school-aged children and is located inside Arrowhead Stadium. This position could also include off-site Play60 engagements within the Kansas City Community. Public Speaking and/or performance experience is highly recommended.

1. Cleans equipment, paint mixing area, and work area.
2. Operates compressors, striping machines, sandblasters, spray equipment and other small power equipment.
3. Install, repair and maintain drywall, wall texturing, and ceiling acoustic texturing.
4. Operates heavy lift equipment including scissors, and boom swing stage to heights of 80 feet.
5. Erects various types of scaffolding, staging, ladders, and planks to reach surfaces of work area for painters and others.
6. Applies paints, stains, surface preparatory material, and undercoating materials to a variety of surfaces, as appropriate, and according to Material Safety Data Sheets ensuring compliance with hazardous materials guidelines.
7. Determines appropriate color for new or replacement applications through consultation with customer.
8. Maintains existing paint surfaces through matching and tinting.
9. Prepares and implements line striping for streets and parking lot
10. Identification, safe handling, and appropriate disposal of paints, stains, preparatory material, undercoating material and hazardous material.

Information Systems/Technical: Technical Support/Help Desk
Service Desk Technician - Kansas City Chiefs (Kansas City, MO)

JOB SUMMARY:          The Kansas City Chiefs Information Technology department is seeking a full-time employee to assist with general help desk activities.  The Service Desk Technician role is primarily responsible for monitoring all incoming technology requests and responding to said requests in a timely and professional fashion.  Additional responsibilities include imaging and configuring end user devices, operating system and software support, mobile phone and tablet support, and printer and copier troubleshooting.  This individual is required to know and observe all company and departmental processes and procedures.

The position will be based out of the Kansas City Chiefs Training Facility with some work performed off-site at our sister company, Hunt Midwest Enterprises.  The position requires some travel in July/August for training camp in St. Joseph‚ MO.  During the season this position will be expected to work some evenings and holidays, and occasional weekends for team/gameday support.  All supplies‚ equipment, and travel expenses are provided‚ covered, or reimbursed.

 ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.      Monitor our Service Desk application for any and all incoming requests from our football and administrative staff

2.      Provide technical support and training to end users as-needed

3.      Assist with installation‚ relocation‚ troubleshooting, repairs and upgrades of new and existing equipment (laptops, desktops, cell phones, tablets, copiers, printers, etc.)

4.      Install and upgrade desktop operating system and application software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)

5.      Monitor inventory levels of supplies (toners, cables, adapters, etc.)

6.      Observe all department, company, and league mandated policies and procedures.
