POSITION SUMMARY:  The Kansas City Chiefs are looking for high-energy, motivated sellers to join our 50/50 raffle sales team for the 2014 season.  

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program
2. Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements
3. Answer questions fans may have about the program
4. Turn in all cash and tickets several times throughout and at the end of gameday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
1. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education, 18 or over
2. Prior experience handling cash
3. Ability to interact positively with large fan base
4. Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
5. Above average verbal communication skills
6. Strong sales skills
7. Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary
8. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions 
9. Must be able to walk up and down numerous steps and long distances in parking lot and stadium complex

Job Summary: Entry-level position responsible for fielding incoming communication for the Customer
Relations Department. Seasonal program is 40 hours a week and is slated to run from July 2014 through
December 2014, subject to change.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Field and respond to all forms of inbound communication coming into the Customer Relations Department.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all fans and guests not limited to attendees of Chiefs games and special events.
• Follow up on communication as necessary.
• Track all communication in CRM.
• Assist with communication on gameday including the text messaging program.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

JOB SUMMARY: The Event Operations Intern is responsible for providing a standard of excellent service to internal and external clients, guests and staff by assisting with the administrative support and day-to-day operations of the Events Operations Department.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and private events including event set-up and teardown.
2. Assist in the creation of event materials utilizing AutoCAD, Visio, or EBMS.

The Kansas City Chiefs will be hosting a Facility Maintenance Job Fair at Arrowhead Stadium for the upcoming season.

Dates:
Wednesday, July 9th, 2014 from 3-7 pm

Come meet staff from the Kansas City Chiefs and learn about Event Day Opportunities. This event is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance, but walk-ins are welcome to attend. Local candidates only please.
Attendees should park in Lot M and enter in through the Founder’s Gate doors.

JOB SUMMARY: The internship provides an avenue to develop the individual’s skill set in a professional real-world environment while working under direct supervision of the Fan Insight and Analytics Manager. Experience will be gained in data insight and usage, email marketing and communication plans. Responsible for the coordination and execution of projects related to database communication and fan analytics. This internship will run from June 2014 through the 2014 season.    

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Assist with email marketing, database communication and campaign analytics.
• Assist in developing analytical strategy for determining campaign effectiveness including creating of test plans and experimental designs, identification of KPIs based on marking objectives and formation of detailed analysis plans and schedules in accordance with client needs for short and long term planning needs.
• Prepares comprehensive summaries of analysis results, capturing data driven insights in a compelling manner and offering recommendations to drive marketing strategy and shape current and future business processes that ultimately lead to improved ROI on marketing spend.
• Assist with the gathering, cleaning and integration of data.

IT Intern - Fall 2014 - Kansas City Chiefs (Kansas City, MO)

The IT Intern will assist in providing day-to-day computing support to the staff of the Kansas City Chiefs.  Duties include assisting with upgrades, configurations and migrations of office computers, providing helpdesk support for end users and troubleshooting computer networks.

Job Summary: Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building in which they work by performing various cleaning duties. Duties and hours may vary.  A cleaner may be responsible for any or all of the following tasks.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Restrooms: Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors, etc. Replenishes
bathroom supplies. Polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings.
2. Floors: Sweeps, mops, vacuums, floors using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Other floor
work may be required such as: scrubbing, waxing and polishing floors.
3. Break rooms / Kitchenettes: Cleans and disinfects sinks, countertops, tables, chairs, refrigerators, etc.
4. Dust: Dusts furniture, equipment, partitions, etc.
5. Trash: Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transports to disposal area.
