Account Executive - Orlando - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Tampa, FL)

SUMMARY:
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are seeking highly motivated, energetic sales professionals to join our regional
sales team based in Orlando, FL.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Focus on concentrated selling of Tampa Bay Buccaneers group tickets and season passes  to the Orlando/Orange County market calling primarily on companies, churches, schools, associations, youth sports, and non-profits

• Actively sell group tickets and season passes to meet or exceed set revenue goals via:
o Proactively prospecting and qualifying new group clients
o Networking at team and community events
o Developing a personal database of new prospects and consumers

• Renew group accounts; establish and maintain strong relationships with key group contacts.
• Coordinate and execute sales calls daily to any and all potential customers through cold calling, prospecting and referrals from current customers.
• Meet weekly with Group Sales Manager, producing accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointment and event recaps, and account management.
• Conduct face to face sales meetings.
• Visit prospects and customers during home games and assist in fulfilling events and servicing groups.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years work experience in sales and/or customer service.  Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas.
• Proficient computer skills including experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and ability to learn and master new software programs.
• Experience with utilizing Salesforce and Archtics ticketing systems for maintaining customer records a plus.
• Strength in time management, administrative ability, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to travel around the stadium visiting clients during home games and able to escort and show potential customers various seating options.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Professional image and demeanor.

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.


Account Executive, General Sales:

• Prospect and acquire new customers through both inside and outside sales
• Cultivate new business and service existing clients
• Maintain a detailed customer database of all clients and prospects
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and productivity goals
• Work all home games to support ticket sales initiatives
• Perform all other duties as assigned


The ideal candidate will have:
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of one year of recent ticket sales experience
• The ability to set goals and achieve objectives in a timely and efficient manner
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong MS Office skills

Information Systems/Technical: Network Administration/Services
Information Technology Network Analyst - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Tampa, FL)

This position reports to the Director of Information Technology.

The Information Technology Network Analyst will be responsible to:
• Provide end user technical support for computer systems, Wifi, printers, laptops, mobile devices, phones, fax machines and copiers.
• Document, monitor, analyze and resolve technology service requests.
• Develop training programs in response to end user needs.
• Manage and maintain IT asset inventory & data.
• Process and track IT purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have:
• 3 to 5 years related experience.
• Microsoft, A+ and Apple/Mac certifications.
• Thorough technical knowledge of desktop support, network and server administration.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Adobe Acrobat, anti-virus / backup, Digital Imaging, Office 2007/2010, Windows XP/7/8, Linux, MAC/Apple software and technologies.
• Knowledge and experience with point of sales, specifically Micros.
• Knowledge and experience with CRM specifically SalesForce.
• Knowledge and experience with TickMaster / Archtics.
• VPN remote access experience preferred.
• The ability to quickly troubleshoot systems and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• A high level of integrity and the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor and the desire to provide customer service in a prompt and courteous manner.
• A strong work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to effectively execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• The ability to work long and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• The ability to travel 5+ weekends per year.
