• POSITION SUMMARY: The Bucs Care Foundation is looking for high-energy, motivated sellers to join our 50/50 raffle sales team for the 2014 season.

– Approach fans pre-game and in-game to explain the details of the 50/50 raffle program
– Accurately handle the sale and distribution of the tickets, following program requirements
– Answer questions fans may have about the program and the Bucs Care Foundation
– Turn in all cash to Program Manager several times throughout the event and at end of 3rd quarter

– Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent education
– Prior experience handling cash
– Ability to interact positively with large fan base
– Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills

– Candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays if necessary

Account Executive - Orlando - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Tampa, FL)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are seeking highly motivated, energetic sales professionals to join our regional
sales team based in Orlando, FL.

• Focus on concentrated selling of Tampa Bay Buccaneers group tickets and season passes  to the Orlando/Orange County market calling primarily on companies, churches, schools, associations, youth sports, and non-profits

• Actively sell group tickets and season passes to meet or exceed set revenue goals via:
o Proactively prospecting and qualifying new group clients
o Networking at team and community events
o Developing a personal database of new prospects and consumers

• Renew group accounts; establish and maintain strong relationships with key group contacts.
• Coordinate and execute sales calls daily to any and all potential customers through cold calling, prospecting and referrals from current customers.
• Meet weekly with Group Sales Manager, producing accurate updates on prospecting activity, sales performance, outside appointment and event recaps, and account management.
• Conduct face to face sales meetings.
• Visit prospects and customers during home games and assist in fulfilling events and servicing groups.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:  Must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of two (2) years work experience in sales and/or customer service.  Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas.
• Proficient computer skills including experience with MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. and ability to learn and master new software programs.
• Experience with utilizing Salesforce and Archtics ticketing systems for maintaining customer records a plus.
• Strength in time management, administrative ability, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to travel around the stadium visiting clients during home games and able to escort and show potential customers various seating options.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.

Cheerleading Assistant - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Tampa, FL)

This position works within the Community Relations Department and reports directly to the Cheerleading Manager with primary responsibility for Cheerleader, Mascot and Street Team Scheduling.

The Cheerleading Assistant will be responsible to:

·         Assist with development and execution of Cheerleading events including, but not limited to, annual cheerleading auditions, swimsuit calendar, game day operations and organization-wide events.

·         Assist with department budget; submit and track purchase orders and track Cheerleading/ Mascot appearance fee collection and payment distribution.

·         Provide Cheerleaders with appearance/event information and schedule, and perform oversight of fulfillment of appearance requests.

·         Maintain department files for the Cheerleading Department.

·         Order equipment and supplies

·         Manage order fulfillment and track calendars sales and inventory.

·         Respond to and track fan mail and auction request inquiries for Cheerleaders and Mascot.

·         Manage appearances and media events for the Cheerleaders; book events, schedule performers, client invoicing and collections, and payroll.

·         Work closely with the Cheerleading and Mascot Manager in support of community-based programs, volunteerism, and other initiatives for the Cheerleading Department.

·         Provide administrative and event support for all Street Team activities including recruitment, scheduling, payroll submission, and event oversight.

·         Provide administrative and event support for youth programs including, but not limited to, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Junior Cheerleading Program and other, i.e., All Star Clinics.

·         Provide support for Community Relations department and additional organization projects as needed throughout off-season

·         Perform other duties as assigned by Director and/or Manager.

The ideal candidate should have:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)

·         The ability to learn quickly and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment

In-Stadium Host & Emcee - Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Tampa, FL)

Job Summary

The In-Stadium Host/Emcee will work at all Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games. Main responsibilities will focus on hosting and emceeing contests, features, trivia, interviews, news, giveaways and promotions of Buccaneers game day elements.  The In-Stadium Host/Emcee will work in conjunction with other announcers as the voices of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at the stadium and help to create a fun, and energetic atmosphere while striving for the best game experience in the National Football League.  Assist with all hosting and voice needs as directed for pre-game, in-game, halftime, and post-game elements. Assist as needed with other game day crews and departments to enhance the overall promotional needs of the Buccaneers game day fan and sponsor entertainment experiences.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·         Must be able to work all Buccaneers home games and game day events as needed

·         Ability to adhere to and deliver and execute timelines, rundowns, scripts, layouts, promotions and entertainment elements on Game Days

·         Emcee, host, and provide the voice to all Buccaneers in-stadium giveaways, contests, news, updates, promotions and in-stadium experiences

·         Assist Game Ops - Live Entertainment Department with game day duties, promotions, activations, distribution and communication of information, collateral, and events

·         Opportunity to serve as an ambassador for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on game days

·         Attend necessary game day meetings and rehearsals

·         Other hosting and voice duties as assigned to enhance the overall game day entertainment and event experience as deemed necessary or as directed by the Senior Manager of Game Operations – Live Entertainment
