The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are seeking Training Camp Assistants to work within the Special Events & Game Operations department in conjunction with the Team Operations department for the duration of Training Camp in Tampa. The position will start in mid-July and go through mid to late August. Training Camp Assistants are paid a stipend and receive room & board.

The Training Camp Assistant will be responsible to:
• Assist in the execution of Camp logistics including but not limited to Camp set-up the week before Camp opens and load-out when Camp breaks.
• Coordinate and execute accreditation with the accounting department, VIP Guest Arrivals, Check-In and VIP Hospitality to include area set-up/breakdown, décor, and dining room prep as well as manage giveaways and concession sales.
• Support all needs related to Fan Service; including player autograph sessions, giveaways and promotions, manage setup and execution of interactive inflatables, activities, and display areas as well as elements geared toward young fans.
• Help coordinate and run daily on-field Junior Gatorade Training Camp sessions for youth & charitable groups.
• Support Football Operations and Coaching Staff with locker room set-ups/deliveries, player mail, charting plays, play book assembly, video and video drops, office needs, cool down and nap areas, and drug testing support as requested.
• Manage round-the-clock transportation shuttle service between Team Hotel and Team Headquarters, as well as any and all other shuttle needs/errands as requested per Football Ops.
• Coordinate all airport transfers for players/scouts/special guests.
• Support other departments’ Training Camp needs on a daily basis or as needed (Community Relations, Guest & Member Relations, Partnerships, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Training, Travel, and Cheerleading).
• Execute all Training Camp experiences for attendees, from setups and takedown to facilitating VIP Days, Season Pass Member Days, Military, Alumni, and Luxury Suite Holders along with other designated days.
• Coordinate and execute all event needs relating to the Stadium Night Practice occurring during Camp as well as other team functions as requested, in addition to helping with some season game day operations and team travel preparations.
• Assist with upper management programs, initiatives, and events as needed.
• Manage the Team Operation’s Camp office at the team hotel and support all hotel needs (including player/coach arrivals/departures and luggage transfers, load-in/load-out, beverage stations and in-room beverage service, signage, décor, player lounge, daily schedule distribution to all sleeping rooms and oversee nightly Snack set-ups).
• All other duties as assigned.

• The ability to perform in a professional manner in a fast paced and changing environment.
• A passion to excel and lead.
