Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Activation - Cleveland Browns (Berea, OH)

Summary Description:

The Coordinator, Corporate Partnership Activation, is responsible for the management of select corporate partnerships, and departmental task management within the Corporate Partnership Department.  This individual will manage many of the team’s small to mid-sized partnership activations, with expectation to renew and grow these partnerships throughout the years, as well as representing the entire Corporate Partnership department with management of key responsibilities including inventory management, budget management, hospitality management, and other responsibilities assigned.   

Duties: 

  • Manage small to mid-sized corporate partner relationships, which includes fulfilment of the partner’s corporate marketing plan, renewal of these partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth within these partnerships
  • Manage all corporate partner trade relationships, which includes management of how trade is distributed within the organization, renewal/growth of those trade partnerships based on the needs of the organization and general management of the deliverables that the trade partner receives from the Cleveland Browns
  • Gain keen understanding of the partner’s goals and objectives and develop compelling marketing and activation programs to maximize the partnership value for the partner and Team
  • Further the new business sales efforts by collaborating with the sales group to identify revenue opportunities utilizing existing and newly-created partnership inventory (i.e., television, radio, social media, etc.)
  • Manage annual partnership recap meetings and presentations
  • Main lead for Corporate Partnership inventory management, and providing inventory updates frequently to the Corporate Partnership Department
  • Day-to-day management of the entire Corporate Partnership expense budget, and working closely with the Finance department to reconcile all expenses
  • Liaison between the Corporate Partnership department and Ticket/Premium Membership departments on the needs of all corporate partner contractual needs and special requests
  • Management of the SABR reporting to the NFL
  • Responsible for the final scorecard and contract process, and contract execution tracking
  • Lead on all home and away game hospitality needs for Corporate Partners and staff members
  • Represent the Team at various networking events and participate in other sales and community events, as defined by the Team

Qualifications: 

  • 4-year college degree
  • Minimum 3 years of professional sports team, property and/or agency experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (including CRM)
  • Proficiency in Stone Timber River (STR) (preferred)
  • Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by eve

Digital Marketing Manager - Cleveland Browns (Berea, OH)

Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will support the Marketing team on strategy, development, execution and delivery for internal and sponsored digital marketing and advertising campaigns including website, display, paid social, remarketing, email, search and more. This role is responsible for day-to-day digital campaign management, analysis and reporting with the goals of increasing fan engagement, building brand equity and driving revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing team through development and coordination of digital campaigns across web, email, display, paid social, remarketing and search
  • Manage and traffic banner and preroll ad inventory; update digital sponsor inventory and obligations
  • Provide campaign analysis, optimization and reporting; ensure all programs are aligned and executed to meet KPIs
  • Work with corporate partnership to summarize and report on digital advertising delivery and performance metrics
  • Support ticket sales through digital campaign development and execution
  • Assist with targeted content marketing to strengthen and grow the Browns brand
  • Execute digital analytics projects
  • Email marketing coordination including building marketing automation campaigns and copy writing
  • Coordinate digital promotions & contests (including Corporate Partnerships)
  • Assist with social media and other Browns digital properties as needed
  • Identify key Social Media Brand influencers in the market, and develop promotional initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years professional digital marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • Experience managing ad campaigns across display, paid social, remarketing and search
  • Strong data analytics and Excel skills. Tableau experience preferred.  
  • Capable of managing and completing multiple projects and priorities at the same time within a rapidly changing environment

IT Security Engineer - Cleveland Browns (Berea, OH)

Job Description:

The IT Security Engineer’s role will be creating, managing and enforcing corporate IT security policies and procedures that meet or exceed NFL best practices and are in compliance with PCI and HIPAA regulations. This position will also require managing corporate security devices and applications, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, risk management and mitigation, system backups, anti-virus and patch management. This position reports to the Director of Information Technology.

Duties:

  • Ensure compliance to security standards and policy.
  • Manage vendor security provider relationships and services.
  • Conduct security audits, vulnerability scans and risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Produce and modify disaster recovery and business continuity work practices.
  • Incident Response planning and end to end response handling.
  • Define and enforce controlled access to corporate security zones as required.
  • Produce and manage user security awareness program.
  • Monitor systems and check log files.
  • Design solutions, configure or support Firewalls, Intruder Detection or Prevention Systems, VPNs and enterprise gateway devices.
  • Configure and harden server and desktop operating systems.
  • Configure and support Backups, Anti-Virus, and Patch Management.

Required skills or experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written communications of analyses, results, and planning
  • Policy creation and lifecycle
  • Solid organization skills with an ability to maintain good documentation and record keeping
  • Applicable knowledge of operating systems; Windows, Cisco, VMWare, NetApp
  • Knowledge of common protocols such as SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, NTP, LDAP, KERBEROS, RADIUS, TFTP and FTP
  • Corporate firewall configuration
  • IT Security Certification is a plus
