Summary Description:

The Account Executive, Season Ticket Sales is responsible for generating new business as it relates to Cleveland Browns ticket inventory.  It includes the selling of all PSL seating categories (inclusive of Club Seats) and non-PSL seating categories through cold-calling, face-to-face appointments and networking.


  • Prospect, establish, research and close ticket sales leads through cold-calling, appointments and networking
  • Adhere to department guidelines in relation to call volume and outside networking opportunities
  • Work closely with Ticket Operations and Guest Relations departments to achieve sales and prospecting goals
  • Consistently enter client data into Archtics ticketing system throughout the sales process to aid in information sharing between sales and service
  • Maintain high level of customer service to existing and new clients of the Cleveland Browns
  • Participate in various sales, team and community events as assigned
  • Represent organization at various networking events and/or offsite community events promoting ticket sales
  • Active role in the Cleveland Browns game day experience
  • Maintain accurate records in support of sales efforts as defined by the organization


  • College graduate (4) year degree required
  • Minimum of (1) year sales experience (sports or entertainment field preferred)
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Archtics ticketing system experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
  • Ability to handle heavy phone volume, both outbound and inbound
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as dictated by games and events

Community Relations: Community Relations
Cleveland Browns Foundation Intern - Cleveland Browns (Berea, OH)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle all day-to-day activities of the charitable giving and community involvement of the Cleveland Browns Foundation
  • Assist with implementing and supporting Foundation-related programs
  • Assist in the execution of the Foundation’s brand strategy through writing and managing content for all communication mediums including digital, radio, TV and print
  • Support the development, scheduling, monitoring and logging of all communications, and ensuring compatible timing with team business initiatives
  • Support the coordinating of Foundation program and event communication throughout the organization to ensure that all initiatives are cross-promoted company-wide
  • Assist with all aspects of the major fundraising events for the Cleveland Browns Foundation
  • Manage appropriate recording and documentation for record keeping, analysis, and all forms of internal and external reporting
  • Support the team in developing and mailing solicitation letters, thank you letters and other invitations, correspondence, and materials as required
  • Manage production of publications, including program and event updates, donor lists, quotes from partners and service recipients, press links, etc.
  • Create and maintain efficient departmental filing and database management systems
  • General project management – i.e. ensuring that marketing/production efforts are on track
  • Support game day initiatives and elements; including but not limited to the Cleveland Browns Foundation 50/50 Raffle, Tickets for Kids program and coordination of special guests/auction winners
  • Assist in the management of grant-making process and systems.
  • Manage and maintain the hard and soft filing system for the department.
  • Daily administrative duties; mail, phones, filing, etc.
  • Support the Foundation’s over mission and objectives.


  • Prior work experience in at least one business and/or sports setting is preferred
  • Basic level of understanding and experience with regard to non-profit organizational operations and fundraising
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing techniques
  • Demonstrated experience in handling multi-platformed media campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Efficient with computer office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Work Environment:

  • Work is normally performed in a typical office environment however staff member will have responsibilities where the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
  • Hours may include nights, weekends and holidays.

The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day production operations of the Cleveland Browns which includes coordinating television, radio and marketing projects. The goal of the Membership Services Representative is to exceed the expectations of all our Season Ticket Members and to create customer loyalty by providing superb customer service and building relationships through personal touchpoints.  Each Membership Services Representative is responsible for retaining and growing each Season Ticket Member’s investment every year.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for securing each assigned Season Ticket Member Account’s annual renewal commitment by overcoming all objections associated with the renewal decision
  • Achieve overall retention goal on an annual basis as determined by the Director of Membership Services and the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Season Ticket Members through a structured personal touchpoint plan, which includes but is not limited to: phone calls, emails, game visits, face-to-face appointments, and other special events
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities to reach yearly new business goals set forth by the Director of Membership Services
  • Quickly identify and resolve all Season Ticket Member-related issues as it pertains to both gameday and non-gameday experiences
  • Enter all pertinent client information into our CRM system for updating, reporting, and tracking purposes
  • Work in conjunction with the Premium, Season, and Inside Sales Teams to successfully transition all new accounts to the Membership Services Team
  • Effectively communicate all benefits and perks to consistently add value to the Season Ticket Membership


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of successful sales experience
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster platform and Archtics is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM is preferred
