Sales & Marketing: Database Marketing/Analytics
Sales & Engagement Analyst - Minnesota Vikings (Minneapolis, MN)

The Analytics and Engagement department is responsible for strategic and analytics support to all departments at the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings have formed an Engagement Lab to drive revenue initiatives through evidence-based decision making.
The Sales/Engagement Analyst will assume a key role within the Analytics/Engagement department and provide valuable data-driven insight to all key organizational business units. The department will tackle customer acquisition, retention and optimization in new, innovative ways for the Minnesota Vikings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for timely reporting of other sales and marketing metrics, including vikings.com and other digital traffic metrics, social media metrics, and email and sales campaign effectiveness.
• Support and Manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for Minnesota Vikings; including upgrades, administrative tasks and user support.
• Analyze sales trends and effectiveness of all sales campaigns to increase the team’s return on investment (ROI).
• Recommend strategies based on past results and analysis of data trends for more effective campaigns.
• Assist in developing strategy for lead generation and scoring projects and responsible for developing targeted campaign marketing lists from CRM customer segments.
• Coordinate compilation of marketing lists to establish target audiences for each ticket sales campaign
• Manage customer surveys, including team of in-arena survey representatives, survey content, reporting and analysis of results.
• Provide training and document procedures/best practices for sales, service, and marketing staff on CRM.
 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree required.
• 3+ years of analytics and data management experience required.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Ticketmaster Archtics database, and SQL preferred.
• Excellent writing and communications skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and ability to effectively manage time.

Sales & Marketing: Ticket Sales
Seasonal Ticket Sales Representative - Minnesota Vikings (Minneapolis, MN)

The Minnesota Vikings are drafting a team of seasonal Ticket Sales Representatives. We are scouting a team of professionals who will focus on generating tickets sales – group tickets, season tickets, and other ticket packages - utilizing a targeted outbound effort of phone calls.

Summary:
Ticket Sales Representatives will earn $9 per hour plus commission and bonus opportunities. This seasonal full-time position will be located at the Vikings Ticket Office located at the New Stadium Preview Center, downtown Minneapolis. Typical hours are 37 ½ hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, as well as game days. This seasonal position will potentially extend into September or the end of the football season, depending on business needs.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make outgoing calls to customers and prospects relating to various ticket marketing initiatives such as selling season ticket packages
• Cultivate new business and service existing clients
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and productivity goals
• Update and maintain information in the Archtics database
• Assist in the collection process
• Game Day and Special Event responsibilities to support ticket sales initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned and occasionally work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications:
• Strong telephone and communication skills
• A willingness to engage in a high volume of telemarketing sales efforts
• Experience in customer sales and service
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• A friendly, professional and confident demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• The ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information

Facility Operations/Security: Grounds Crew/Turf Management
Turf Intern (Seasonal) - Minnesota Vikings (Eden Prairie, MN)

The Minnesota Vikings are accepting applications for full-time (40+ hours per week) Seasonal Turf Interns for the football season of 2015. The Internships will run from March or May of 2015 to the end of the season (December or January of 2016). This Internship includes all aspects of professional football field maintenance at the Viking’s Winter Park practice facility in Eden Prairie, MN, as well as TCF Stadium and may include projects at our Training Camp in Mankato, MN. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to: sodding, mowing, overseeding, irrigation management, fertilization, field layout, painting and topdressing.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform landscape maintenance including; mowing, fertilizing, trimming, weed management, irrigation and pruning
• Operate small landscape machinery including lawnmowers, trimmers and other miscellaneous equipment
• General maintenance to landscape equipment – filling gas, change oil/fluids and adding lubricants
• May perform other facility and building maintenance as needed

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Management or related experience preferred
• Ability to work long hours including evenings, weekends and holidays in an outdoor environment is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and operate heavy machinery
