This position will be responsible for the execution and facilitation of several critical HR processes within the organization, including benefits, payroll, and reporting. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Benefits:  Assist the HR director in all aspects of benefit enrollment, recordkeeping, communication and reporting, including the annual open enrollment process and responding to employee inquiries (50%)

SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings are looking for an individual to join their team to provide a winning fan experience!  The Guest Services Coordinator will help support a program that fosters the ultimate fan experience for all Vikings guests. Factors that contribute to the success of this role are: providing unmatched customer service, coordinating with Vikings stadium partners to ensure that service is consistent in all guest interactions, problem solving, exceeding expectations, and participating in training and supervising the Vikings Guest Services team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide the highest level of service and support establishing expectations for the Guest Services team.

  • Assist in developing, implementing and enforcing Guest Services standards for Vikings/U. S. Bank Stadium.

  • Resolve Guest related issues in an appropriate manner, track service issues to identify trends and service improvement opportunities.

SUMMARY: The Premium Services Coordinator will support the Premium Seating Services and Operations team with initiatives geared toward Premium Seating client service, appreciation and retention.  This role will focus on building strong relationships with our premium clients by providing world class service.

SUMMARY: The Minnesota Vikings are seeking a Production Coordinator / Associate Producer that will assist the Director, Broadcasting in development and execution of the content for the Vikings Entertainment Network.  This individual will coordinate all internal requests and team initiatives and work with VEN Producer/Editors to create valuable content across various platforms.  The ideal candidate will be prepared to deal with the fast-paced nature of the National Football League while becoming an effective team player within the Vikings Entertainment Network (VEN) and the Vikings Organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Serve as the day-to-day point person for team content fulfillment and distribution across all platforms for all internal requests.  These departments could include but are not limited to; Sales and Marketing, Corporate Partnerships including Activation and Special Projects, Community Relations, Football, and Women’s Initiatives.

  • Work with the Director, Broadcasting to determine the content value of each request and schedule appropriate resources to produce the content.

  • Develop and utilize a project management system to schedule, track and organize each request.

  • Coordinate shoots to gather content with VEN Producer/Editors and Production Assistants and possible freelance staff.

  • Serve as Associate Producer to schedule and work with VEN Producer/Editors and Production Assistants to produce the content relating to each request.

  • See each project to completion with appropriate follow up of approvals, platform distribution, and proof of completion.

  • Assist the Director, Broadcasting with scheduling for the VEN staff including; Production Assistants, studio usage, and other scheduled content opportunities such as, but not limited to, press conferences, player interviews and community events, etc.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 4 year college degree

  • Knowledge or prior experience working with professional sports or in a broadcast production environment is preferred.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability and desire to develop and maintain organizational systems to support the department.

  • Experience with editing, shooting, lighting, audio, scripting, writing, storytelling, logging, archiving, along with having a familiarity production software and hardware is a plus.

  • Experience and aptitude in producing valuable content.

  • The ability and desire to work long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Must be a positive team player with strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.

Video Intern - Minnesota Vikings (Eden Prairie, MN)

The Minnesota Vikings are seeking a Video Intern to assist in all aspects of video operations including camera operation, editing, and AV setup.  We are seeking an ambitious, team player who is eager to learn.  This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) paid internship that will start May 1st 2017 and run through the 2017 football season.  This position will be required to work most weekends, may include travel with the team, and will be required to live on-site during Training Camp (housing/food are provided during Training Camp).
