Creative Services Coordinator - Los Angeles Chargers (Costa Mesa, CA)

•    Manage projects from concept through completion interfacing with print production as well as outside resources (presentation specialists, freelancers, consultants, agencies)
•    Responsible for creating design projects for various departments within the organization while adhering to brand guidelines. Design projects will be both print and digital-based
•    Oversee and participate in the development of print materials, including brochures, banners, posters, displays, tradeshow graphics, stadium signage, promotional items, invitations, publications and other printed collateral, along with video and digital media designs

QUALIFICATIONS

•    Expert in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.  Experience with any of the following is considered a plus: motion graphics, digital photography, HTML coding, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere Pro
•    Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel; as well as understanding of digital asset management and network sharing programs
•    Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Sales & Marketing: Client Relations/Customer Service
Director of Guest Services - Los Angeles Chargers (Carson, CA)

Summary:

The Director of Guest Services will manage a department that delivers exemplary customer service and fosters the ultimate fan experience for Season Ticket Members and the general public.  The Director of Guest Services reports directly to the VP - Ticket Sales & Services. 

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage all functions of the Guest Services Department involving approximately 6-10 employees and oversee day-to-day operations
  • Independently develop and implement comprehensive Guest Services policies and procedures
  • Hire, train and supervise departmental and game day staff
  • Establish and maintain high standards and protocols within Guest Services team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage all aspects of customer service related to internal and external customers
  • Serve as the point of contact for Fan Code of Conduct program
  • Identify key drivers of fan satisfaction through measurement, tracking, research and analysis of guest data through various guest feedback mechanisms, including survey development
  • Formulate content for the Season Ticket Member e-Newsletter and annual Fan Guide
  • Ensures the team is continuing to deliver the highest in customer service by having a solid understanding of best practices in the industry

Minimum qualifications:

  • Displays strong leadership and personnel management experience with the ability to coach and motivate a large and diverse group of employees
  • Maintains professional and diplomatic written and oral communication skills with all employees and guests
  • Demonstrates a service-oriented attitude that reflects the high customer service standards of the Los Angeles Chargers
  • Ability to work an event-driven schedule, including weekend, evening and some holiday hours
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to speak in front of large audiences
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and ensures follow-up on all discussion items and/or reported concerns;

Requirements:

Summary:

The Los Angeles Chargers are seeking a highly energized Guest Services Representative to be part of a premier guest services team. This position will be expected to provide exemplary customer service and support to Season Ticket Members and the general public.

  • Field and respond to all inbound calls from Season Ticket Members and the general public
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns as required
  • Handle a high call volume of inquiries and requests

  • Communicate the policies and procedures to the customer in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues based on established policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate database of season ticket accounts utilizing Archtics ticketing system and CRM systems
  • Maintain all client account data
  • Act as a Guest Services liaison during all Los Angeles Chargers home games and major Chargers events
  • Significant involvement in the season ticket renewal and upgrade process
  • Assist with various ticket office duties
  • Must be willing and able to work weekends, evenings and game days as required
  • Build an exceptional relationship with all Season Ticket Members
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Broadcast: Audio/Video Editing and Production
Videographer/Editor CHARGERS.COM - Los Angeles Chargers (Costa Mesa, CA)

The videographer/editor is responsible for creating, shooting, and editing video content to Chargers.com and in-house broadcast content. The videographer/editor is responsible for (i) turning around short form video clips in one day (ii) creating, editing, and monitoring all video content specific, but not limited to team news and press conferences, organized events, features and community activities and (iii) obtaining the proven ability to positively support the growth of the Chargers brand thru video content. The videographer/editor will be a part of the Digital Media Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Conceptualize, capture, create, and maintain video content specific to Chargers.com and broadcast properties
•    Responsible for creating, shooting and editing HD video 
•    Create short and long-form video packages specific, but not limited to player features, community events, marketing events, cheerleader appearances, etc.
•    Ability to create stories that help the fan gain a better understanding of the Chargers players, front office and staff
•    Shoot live game footage including post-game sessions and press conferences
•    Strong knowledge of social video concepts and trends
•    Updating and posting video using NFL CMS
•    Must be able to understand and conceptualize goals and execute the project
•    Work closely with digital media staff to ensure quality, consistency, and creative flow of the overall goals. 
•    Travel to all away games during the season and major offseason events including Pro Bowl, Draft and Combine

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUUIREMENTS:

•    Bachelor’s degree or professional certification
•    Extensive skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop
•    Proficient with lighting set up and equipment
•    Knowledge of basic news gathering techniques
•    Background in shooting football and working knowledge of the game itself
•    Expert at outputting video for a web based format 
•    A strategic thinker who can make the case for taking calculated risks
•    Excellent interpersonal, and verbal communication skills 
•    Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
•    Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
