The Tampa Bay Buccaneers organization works collaboratively with colleges to offer internships to highly motivated and committed students who wish to build upon their college education with practical work experience in the fast-paced, results driven world of the National Football League. The internship program is a comprehensive and flexible strategy of applied learning incorporated into the college curriculum to enable the student to define, evaluate and achieve career-related objectives. This learning is based upon supervised work experiences in departments throughout the organization.
