Summary Description:
The Cleveland Browns Creative Services Department is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to begin an internship on August, 2013 - January 2014 (dates subject to change). This individual must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work under the pressure of deadlines and offer creative solutions on a regular basis. All candidates must possess strong graphic design skills, knowledge of Mac Adobe Creative Suite graphic software including InDesign, Photoshop, and as well as standard Microsoft Office software including, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Must also have a strong knowledge of print production. Candidate must be a team player, with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate an eagerness to jump in and help out in a variety of areas: (photo printing, framing, image search/scanning etc.). Duties:
Specific projects will include, but are not limited to:
• Production of graphic related projects, which includes manuals, programs, etc.
• Photoshop related projects including photo enhancement, photo outlining, color correcting and creation of graphic support elements for a variety of design projects
• Assist in designing of secondary projects from start to completion
• Assist in creation / revision of proposals

JOB SUMMARY:
This is an unpaid fall 2013 internship with 65 Toss Power Trap Productions, the in-house production arm of the Kansas City Chiefs, responsible for broadcast, episodic television programming, internet content, in-house company projects, spots, and the in-stadium show. The person selected will assist the department with a wide variety of audio and video projects. This intern must have audio/video production experience.
Our HD stadium and television shows, and new ventures in online video programming have taken on tremendous upgrades in philosophy and equipment, and we are eager to keep the ball rolling with young energetic, artistic talent thirsty for experience. We give all interns real world, in-the-trenches experience, opportunities to enhance the department, and great referrals when we see them go. Production intern will shoot video, log, archive, and edit football content and features, and assist in Arrowhead’s control room show. This intern is a functional part of our team and must be coachable to learn proven award-winning philosophies in production. Travel is sometimes necessary and always reimbursed. Approximately 40 hours a week with flexible scheduling.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Produce/shoot/edit video elements to be used in-stadium, TV and/or Internet.
2. Assist in the maintenance of Arrowhead Production equipment.
3. Shoot, log, and archive football footage.
4. Projects include: Cheerleader events, local stories, football plays, web video edits and graphics, football practices and press conferences (with the NFL Network) and 10 home football games at Arrowhead Stadium.

2. Knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop and/or other relevant Multimedia software preferred.
3. Knowledge QuickTime, MPEG and various audio files (mp3/.wav) preferred.
4. Demonstrate strong creative skills that can be applied to TV, In-Stadium and Internet production applications.
5. Must be a willing and able team player, ready to learn new concepts and processes, and willing to travel for shoots when necessary.
6. Must be able to shoot video. We can train. DSLR/Panasonic P2 cameras a plus.
7. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:
- Must be pursuing Turf Management Degree
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including some nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license

The Washington Redskins are seeking a creative and qualified individual to support the Digital Media department as an intern, with the primary focus on social media platforms.
The right individual must take great pride in their work and pay strong attention to detail. Applicant must have a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends. Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily content and fan engagement on various Redskins social media sites, including: Facebook, Twitter, foursquare, Google+, GetGlue, UStream and the Redskins Rule online fan community
- Manage and monitor spam and commenting modules on social sites, as well as initiate fan discussion and engage with fans on Facebook and Twitter
- Research ways to improve the Redskins social media platforms and integration on Redskins.com and other team microsites
- Assist with the management of sponsored tabs, contests and promotions, including providing analytic reports and archiving database records
- Assist with the updating content on the Redskins Team Mobile App and Redskins Cheerleader Mobile App, including rosters, photos, and videos
- Help to identify Redskins fan groups and encourage displaced fans to join Redskins Meetup groups, contribute content to Redskins Rally, and participate through various social media platforms
- Manage and help grow Redskins Rally network of bar/restaurant owners, plus assist with updates to Redskins Rally maps and communication of existing Redskins bars to fan groups
- Assist with planning, promotion and execution of Redskins Rally events, which includes attendance on Sundays in season
- Documenting various Redskins events and uploading pictures, videos and blog content onto Redskins Rule and other social sites.
- Track and monitor success of online initiatives using various analytic tools to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports to find areas for improvement.
- Researching potential vendors for the Redskins to partner with for future social media engagements
- Assist with other duties as necessary

- Creation of sponsor dedicated subpages, content and integration on Redskins.com
- Manage and monitor spam and commenting modules on Redskins.com
- Support the execution of vision and strategy for best-in-class NFL club site
- Develop marketing e-newsletters and email campaigns
- Ability to turn designs into functional web applications
- Assist with creation of photo galleries, as well as photo editing for stories, ads and features across all Redskins digital assets

Qualifications:

A Graphic Design intern at the Washington Redskins responsibilities include the following:
- Design and layout a wide variety of print materials, such as newspaper and gameday magazine advertisements, flyers, brochures, posters, postcards, direct mail pieces and invitations
- Design and illustrate graphic materials including logos, signage and website images
- Assist with photo editing and manipulation of graphics for sponsor mockups and marketing presentations
- Preparing files for proofs, print and final outputs
- File management and archiving and documentation of all sponsored and web initiatives for annual recaps
- Assist with preparation of projects including finding useable photos, scanning and photography
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience with video editing with iMovie or similar
- Ability to work on both Mac and Windows platforms
- Excellent design skills and creativity
- Knowledge of production for collateral including resolution, sizes and file types, as well as scanning, pre-press and print production
- Understanding of photography and an eye for photos that will convey necessary messages for design goals
- Highly organized, motivated and able to prioritize and multi-task under the pressure of deadlines
- Ability to take design direction
- Excellent grammatical, spelling, proofreading abilities are preferred
- Some working knowledge of html, CSS and Flash a plus
