Ford Field Management is excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for Quick Lane Bowl Internships.  This is a great opportunity to be a part of the 4th Annual Quick Lane Bowl featuring the Big Ten Conference and ACC Conference at Ford Field this season.  

 

Quick Lane Bowl Intern

This is a Seasonal Part-Time position starting approximately Monday, December 11, 2017 through Friday, December 29, 2017. This position is paid and will include added perks such as new Apparel and Quick Lane Bowl Game Day Tickets.  

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Finalize details for Bowl Game events
  • Fill gift bags that will be provided to the participating teams
  • Assist with daily general office duties and operational needs of the Events department, including making copies, hanging of event signage and phone correspondence
  • Assist with setting up the logistics for events and transportation
  • Assist and prepare for all ancillary team/travel party events
  • Assist with Post-Game Trophy Presentation
  • Assist with pregame and in-game escorts
  • Assist in coordination of game operations, school transportation, and on-site partner activation
  • Serve as Quick Lane Bowl liaison at team hotels
  • Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and Website Updates
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorization to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must have good time management skills for managing various Event tasks
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills along with great listening skills
  • Must be available to work ALL days from December 11th- December 26th, including December 24th and December 25th  
  • Must be able to climb stairs with the ability to lift and carry items
  • Must be professional, responsible and have proven ability in being punctual
  • Must have a “Can Do” customer service attitude
  • Must have the ability and willingness to take direction
  • Past experience with event coordination & coordinating groups of people is preferred
  • Past large event experience is preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Assist with the design of various print and digital collateral for all departments within the organization while adhering to brand guidelines

·         Participate in the ideation and execution of print materials, including flyers, banners, posters, displays, sales decks, program ads, apparel, stadium signage, promotional items, invitations, publications and other printed collateral, along with video and digital and social media graphics

POSITION SUMMARY

The Ticket & Fan Services Intern will learn the intricacies of an NFL Ticket Operations and Fan Services Department while strengthening their professional attributes. To participate in this internship, students must be able to receive credit from their college or university.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

The Ticket & Fan Services Intern will enhance their education by working under the direct supervision of the Ticket Operations Manager, Game Day Staff Payroll & Scheduling Manager or Fan Experience Manager, depending on their position.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Ticket Services

  • Assist with incoming calls and emails to the Ticket Office and Guest Services lines and assist visitors at ticket windows
  • Manage and maintain customer/season ticket member hard file system
  • Learn and use Archtics ticketing systems for reports and account updates
  • Learn and use the Philadelphia Eagles CRM database for reports and account updates
  • Organizing and preparing department for season and game days
  • Assist with data entry including, SBL information, customer information, and financial information
  • Assist Premium Seat Ticket Manager with contracts and data processing
  • Assist Special Event Ticket Manager with all non-Eagles events including event set-up, ticket sales, and ticket mailings
  • Help organize and input incoming payments, including tracking and creating batches and financial reports
  • Work all exclusive Season Ticket Member events as well as all events at Lincoln Financial Field
  • Assist staff within the Ticket Operations, Guest Services, and Season Ticket Member Services Departments with day-to-day operations

Fan Services

  • Assist with day-to-day Game Day Staff communication via phone and email
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Assist in the response of fan suggestions, questions, complaints or comments via phone and email
  • Assist in operational support of Fan Services locations
  • Support the lost and found program, including logging, returning and donating items
  • Utilize SalesForce CRM database software to track and analyze fan interactions
  • Become proficient in ABI MasterMind program and assist in updating event schedules and employee files for Game Day Staff

Responsibilities of the Guest Experience and Tours Intern:

  • Provide support for incoming guest hotline calls, emails and letters

The Event Operations Intern plays an integral support role within the Event Operations Department. Duties range from administrative preparations to hands on operational planning for stadium wide events. Throughout the season, this student will be able to gain experience by creating event materials, working on relevant projects, and coordinating with game day team members.

The planning and execution of private events serves as the main focus of the Corporate Events Intern.  This role works within the Club Events Department on event days to support staff in the stadium’s various premium spaces.  The student selected for this position must be a strong verbal and written communicator, as well as detail and customer service oriented to work successfully with clients and guests.
