Football Operations: Equipment Manager
Equipment Room Attendant - Buffalo Bills (Orchard Park, NY)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Buffalo Bills Equipment Department is accepting resumes of hard-working and highly motivated individuals for spring, training camp and fall part time Equipment Room Attendants.  Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Laundry collection, cleaning, and distribution for Buffalo Bills staff and players

  • Daily locker room clean-up and maintenance, including but not limited to:

    •  Vacuuming locker room floor

    •  Garbage removal from locker room and equipment room

    •  Stocking of toiletries and towels in bathroom/shower areas

  • Specific on-field assignments during team practices and organized team activities

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Minimum one year previous work experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in athletics or a sport management program; Football experience preferred.

  • Must be able to lift 75lbs.
  • Flexible availability, including long hours, evenings and weekends

  • Trustworthy and hard working

  • Must be comfortable working in a locker room environment

Football Operations: Team Administration/Operations
Team Operations Assistant - Tennessee Titans (Nashville, TN)

Responsibilities:

  • Helps coordinate all aspects of team road trips, including airlines, hotels, buses, security, meals, meeting spaces, TSA screening and per diem distribution.

  • Advances team road trips, usually leaving on Wednesdays, to manage all aspects of the trip in the visiting city from start to finish.

  • Stays with team at team hotel for home games and helps manage all team needs including meals, rooms, security, meeting spaces, and parking.

  • Assists players and coaches with any ticketing, parking or other issues on game days.

  • Assists in the planning and success of team's training camp, including, hotels, meals, fan accommodations, transportation, per diem distribution, ice needs, sponsor fulfillment and VIP family area.

  • Helps set up any catering needs for player, coach and scouting meals throughout the year.

  • Responsible for the operation of the company automobile trade program including monthly VIN reports, vehicle exchanges, license plate changes and general maintenance issues.

  • Works with scouting department for hotel and transportation needs for scouts during meetings, free agent visits and pre-Draft visits.

  • Other duties as assigned by Titans' Director of Team Operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Must have sports operations experience, either with a collegiate or professional team

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Some travel is required

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Football Operations: Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapy/Doctor
Preseason Athletic Training Staff Assistant - Tennessee Titans (Nashville, TN)

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Titans’ Athletic Training staff with treatment of injured athletes
  • Responsible for daily upkeep of the athletic training room
  • Assists with stocking and inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Responsible for coordinating practice and game field set up and breakdown
  • Assists with player hydration management
  • Assists Titans’ athletic training staff in day-to-day operations as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned by Titans' athletic training staff

Requirements:

  • Must possess or be currently pursuing a degree in athletic training
  • Previous athletic training experience in football preferred
  • First Aid/CPR certification required
  • Experience with basic therapeutic modalities (electrical stimulation and ultrasound)
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds
  • Must be available to begin work no later than July 27 and be able to work through August 30
