Hiring Position: Associate, Membership Development

Hiring Position Start Date: March 25th, 2015

Openings: 6-8 Positions

Description: The Miami Dolphins are looking for playmakers to join their team and help sell their BRAND NEW $400 Million Stadium! This is the perfect opportunity for those who are looking to build a career in sport sales while learning from some of the best in leaders in the industry today!


Essential Functions:

  • Research, prospect and establish potential sales through daily phone calls and emails
  • Meet or exceed established sales revenue goals
  • Adhere to department guidelines in relation to call volume and outside networking
  • opportunities
  • ‘Outside the box’ thinker as it relates to revenue generation 
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to new and existing clients
  • Maintain timely and accurate records detailing sales performance, appointment recaps, member account management and sales prospecting activities
  • Optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
  • Additional related duties as assigned

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • One (1) year of related experience in sports or media sales experience is preferred           
  • Outstanding sales, leadership skills
  • Superior presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
